The Etoile Suite is located on the third floor of a small villa from the 1920s, and consists of a kitchen, a large terrace, a bedroom with a dining area, TV and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower.
The house is equipped with wi-fi internet connection.
To access the Suite it is necessary to climb a spiral staircase.

Entspannung über Roms Dächern

Wer etwas länger in Rom Urlaub machen will und nicht direkt im Trubel der Altstadt wohnen "muss" ist bei Cécilia in den besten Händen (wichtig: ich beziehe mich auf die kleine Wohnung im 2. Stock!). In einer ruhigen Wohngegend unweit des Bahnhofes Trastevere (von der Wohnungstür bis in die Innenstadt braucht man 30 Min) liegt das charmante Haus aus den 20er Jahren. In der Turmwohnung liegt diese bezaubernde Wohnung mit einer 20 qm Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgebaut. Wir sind jährlich in Italien und hatten noch nie so eine neue, saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Ideal zum ausspannen nach langen Besichtigungstouren durch Rom. Die Dachwohnung ist genau für 2 Personen. Die kleine Küche ist zum Kochen geeignet. In 5 Minuten hat man den Markt und weitere Geschäfte erreicht. Die Treppe unter das Dach ist sehr steil, also nichts für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Wer den Koffer einmal in die Wohnung gestemmt hat, wird in der Wohnung belohnt.

Très chouette studio, très fidèle à la description!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé un petit plan du quartier (boulangerie, restaurants, arrêts de bus, supermarché,...) qui nous a été très utile!! Tous ces commerces se trouvent à quelques minutes à peine du studio. Cecilia avait également mis 2 bières italiennes au frigo pour notre arrivée! :) Le studio était dans un état impeccable et très propre! Le vrai plus est cette grande terrasse bien exposée au soleil sur laquelle nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner et profité du début de la soirée. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer après une journée à arpenter les rues de Rome. Il s'agit d'un quartier calme et résidentiel. La gare de Trastevere n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pieds, il est donc très facile de rejoindre l'aéroport en train. Je recommande ce studio sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir!
