Hi Malin Thank you for your kind review. I am sorry to hear about the cockroaches. In the summertime they fly around outside and can get inside if you have windows or doors open. Kind regards Torben

This is a lovely property for a family of four. The children loved the communal swimming pool and we enjoyed many a lovely evening eating on the balcony or having a BBQ up stares. Although the apartment is clean, it could do with a little modernisation. My only real nigal was that there was no TV. You are expected to down lode and pay for an app so you could watch T.V, complicated and an additional expense, thank goodness I took my laptop.

Fantastic location within a few short minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Balcon de Europa is a 15 minute walk away. Large supermarket is a 10 minute walk.Location is quiet with a mixture of tourists and residents.Fully air conditioned in both bedrooms and living room. WIFI very reliable and even accessible when at the shared pool which is directly outside the property. Lovely terrace with loungers, bbq, dining table and parasol. Kitchen has everything you need but perhaps requires some updating with regards to the fridge and microwave.Large television available albeit the remote barely worked. Both bedrooms en suite with another toilet upstairs which is ideal for families. In relation to the shared pool, great size but concerns with regards to access. Area is supposed to have two locked gates but our key did not work in either gate and the gates remained opened throughout our month long stay. Local residents confirmed this had been the case for a significant time and sometimes led to people not residing at the location being able to use the pool. Pool side the property had 3 loungers but these do require replacing as very old and dirty. Torben is a fantastic host who replied promptly to any queries raised and check in process was so easy with no issues. Thank you Torben for everything, we are already looking to book the property again.

Family holiday in Nerja

The property is exactly as expected in a location that's a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the old town which is why we picked it having stayed near the area before. The property has the top two floors and roof terrace with the ground floor a separate self contained apartment so access to the pool is from the top and down some external side stairs.Apartment is well equipped with everything you need and plenty of space.Car parking was available in July as I know the area can be busy.We had a couple of things that needed sorted but Torben was quick to address everything. The only negative is that like all the other properties in the block, there are no communal loungers by the pool so you have to unlock the two that Torben has for the apartment. It's a shame the owners can't just contribute towards a set so that they can just be left by the pool.
