Great location. It was fun to shop in the shops on the first floor. Also, the restaurants were great, including the bakery across the street. The apartment was spacious. I would recommend it to others!
This is our second time staying at the property. The property owner was very helpful. The property and building amenities were great. We also had a nice view of the 4th of July fireworks from the kitchen windows.
Great property in a great location!
Property was very clean and easy to access. Bed was comfortable and property had plenty of amenities.
Location is awesome and lots of food options right out your door.
Property was very nice and clean. Owner was very accommodating. Great location with plenty of local sites, restaurants, and places to grab a drink or coffee within walking distance/
Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable condo with all necessary amenities. Host Vicki was very helpful with the check in process. Highly recommend!
We have stayed at the Commons before and find it an interesting and fun place to be. It is also a great location for exploring the Leelanauw Peninsula, Mission Point, Sleeping Bear Dunes or Interlochen Arts. So much to do in this area. Vicky was very helpful with instructions and a small issue with WiFi that was resolved immediately. Will stay here again!

Great condo in great community.
We had a perfect stay. Condo was very clean and nice. The community and buildings are extremely cool. There is great food, coffee, and wine steps away. Downtown traverse city was short drive and accessible. Vicki was easy to contact. We would love to stay here again when visiting Traverse City.
The property was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Great location, with restaurants and shops right inside the building. Check in was very easy and host was very responsive and prompt with information. Would definitely recommend!!
This condo was the perfect place for a weekend trip to Traverse City. The host was so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we’d need. The condo is in a renovated hospital with the first floor consisting of cute shops and restaurants. Location very close to downtown and the beach. The perfect place to stay.
The condo unit was comfortable and located in a very convenient area. Communication with the owners were terrific and very accommodating. Very much enjoyed our stay in Traverse City

Very Clean. Another Perfect Stay at The Commons
Have stayed in Vicki's units before. She has everything you need for your stay. The unit is as clean as you could wish for. There were plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, and maps for things to do nearby. Loved the Michigan theme in the unit. See you again next year.

Great summer vacation without the huge crowds
The condo is beautiful and our host was very accommodating. The grounds themselves have a fascinating history. Be sure to reserve one of the tours in advance as they were booked up 3 weeks out when we visited. Only a short drive to downtown Traverse City and beaches. There are kayak and bike rentals for when you are feeling adventurous and plenty of shopping and restaurants when you are not. Took our teenage son and he had a blast!

Clean and charming apartment in a very unique setting!
We stayed in the hot summer months but were cool inside this charming apartment in the recently renovated State Hospital. It was very interesting to learn about the history of the building and we happily ate and drank our way through the restaurants and Left Foot Charlie brewery! This apartment was minutes from downtown Traverse City and minutes from the beaches. Great location! Vicki was great and obliged our time restrictions and was always available by phone and willing to drive over if we needed her. Place was clean and comfortable!

Clean and historically cool!
Vicki was a great hostess! She met us promptly at the time we said we would arrive and gave us a rundown on The Village Commons and her residence within it.
The condo was clean and smelled nice. It met all of our needs for a family of 4 (2 adults and a 9 and 5 year old boys). The natural light and historical features were cool and appreciated. All of the amenities were there from pots, pans, dishes, towels to soap and other toiletries. Thanks Vicki for a great stay!
