COSTERA 3 - DUPLEX 2 HAB. CON TERRAZA

COSTERA TERRAZA is a bright two-bedroom duplex located in the heart of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, just 40 metres from Playa Centro and directly opposite HappyVila reception.

The apartment is located on the third floor with no lift and, once inside the property, is arranged over two levels connected by an internal staircase.

On the lower floor you will find the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and features a double bed, sofa, television and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds and also benefits from its own private bathroom with shower.

Both bedrooms have a private balcony. They enjoy plenty of natural light and, when looking out from the side, you can also enjoy sea views.

On the upper floor there is an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, with direct access to a spectacular private terrace. This terrace is one of the main highlights of COSTERA TERRAZA, offering impressive views of the sea, the seafront promenade, the Old Town and Villajoyosa’s historic walls.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, practical and very bright, with a comfortable layout for families, couples or small groups. Its combination of location, terrace, views and character makes it one of the most distinctive apartments managed by HappyVila.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware. The apartment also features air conditioning, heat-pump heating, Wi-Fi, television, bed linen and bathroom towels.

The location is exceptional: just a short distance from the beach, seafront promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops and all essential services, and directly opposite our reception.

IMPORTANT: the apartment is located on the third floor and the building does not have a lift. In addition, as this is a duplex, there is an internal staircase between the bedroom level and the upper floor, where the kitchen, dining area and terrace are located.

He estado cuatro días en este Duplex y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que se puede esperar y más: muy cómodo, impecablemente limpio, (Mari la limpiadora muy profesional), equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la playa, lo que lo hace aún más especial. Se nota el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. Me he sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias por hacer que la estancia haya sido tan agradable. Sin duda, volvería y lo recomendaría. Todo correcto

Simplemente...Precioso!!!

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. Es el ático de una antigua casa de pescadores del centro de la población totalmente reformado y con todas las comodidades. A destacar aire acondicionado/bomba de calor en todas las estancias, colchones cómodos, buena presión de ambas duchas, multitud de utensilios de cocina, una decoración exquisita, las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles (de un lado la playa y del otro las murallas), ubicación perfecta, y sobre todo un equipo de limpieza sobresaliente, pues el apartamento está impecable. Para repetir sin dudarlo!!!

El apartamento es nuevo, decorado con gusto, muy cómodo para 4 personas y perfectamente ubicado a escasos metros de la playa. Destacar que la atención del personal ha sido más que correcta, especialmente de Paqui y su compañera. Si bien hemos echado en falta algunos utensilios (escaso menaje), comprendemos que debido a la actual situación de Pandemia se han visto obligados a eliminar algunos enseres. Desde el principio nos facilitaron todo aquello que les pedimos (escurreplatos, secador de pelo,...) Quizá se podría sacar algo más de provecho a la maravillosa terraza con una sombrilla que se adaptase a la mesa o un toldo fijo.

Ubicación, el estado, la limpieza, q es obra nueva, la insonoracion... Faltaban algunos detalles, como sombrilla en la terraza, algún equipamiento de cocina (escurre platos, tazas de desayuno, más platos, más vasos...) pero estaba muy bien.
