Washer and Dryer. Shop Apartment and house is located on 2 acres with no close neighbors. This is a quite neighborhood and friendly people. Ample parking for car/truck and boat. Outside A/C outlet.

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.

Within city limit, close to Subway and several restaurants, gas stations and.... 5 miles from Lake Fort Reservoir, 5 miles from Lake Quitman, 9 miles from Walmart.
