This light and airy apartment is in the village of Porthtowan, in Cornwall, and can sleep four adults in two bedrooms.
Offshore is a ground floor apartment on the road to Porthtowan beach. The property sleeps four adults and has two bedrooms, one double and one with bunks.The living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area which leads to the sun deck with furniture. Off road parking for one car. A short walk to the beach and childrens play area. Perfect location to explore Porthtowan and surrounding countryside, Offshore is a beautiful beachside bolthole with ocean views.
Amenities: Central heating, underfloor heating in the shower room. Electric oven and hob. Dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. A renowned surfing beach, patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season, the beach is also ideal for families with children. Surf hire and tuition is available on the beach and there pubs cafes, a beach shop in the town. A designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, cliff top walks along the South West Coastal path feature some spectacular scenery and lead east to St Agnes or west to Portreath. The city of Truro is 10 miles brimming with fine restaurants, cafes and shops. Whilst the vibrant maritime town of Falmouth is a little over 30 minutes drive and well worth a visit for its Maritime museum and varied selection of galleries and gift shops. There are days out for families and children at Flambards theme park in Helston and the Seal Sanctuary in Gweek. A great base for couples or families alike.
