you will love newly renovated house centrally located near downtown Eugene. My place is close to restaurants, bike path, bus routes an easy walk to friendly street café, and family-friendly activities. Quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to local convenience markets and parks. my place is good for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families {with kids}. The house is a very close to the fairground, very quick drive to the u of o campus and city center

This was our second stay at this sweet rental. It is so close to everything you may want in Eugene but set in a quiet safe neighborhood. There is ample space and comfortable bedding. Love this house. It’s immaculately clean, but homey and roomy. I didn’t take any photos but it’s even nicer than the photos on the VRBO site. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, a nice dining area , huge king size bed ( really comfy ) in master bdrm and full size in 2nd. Nice full bath. Quiet, safe, street . Washer and dryer in mud room entrance from covered carport ( handy!) Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with terrific backyard and garden in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved picking a few raspberries and blackberries each morning to eat with breakfast. Parking in the drive and not on a street was nice, too! Everything was there as stated and more!

What a great rental. The home is on a quiet street close to a nice food cart pod and the Friendly Market. We were very pleased. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and cozy living room. One bedroom has a queen and the other has a king. There is a futon in the living room making this a rental for as many as 5. We will definitely look to rent this home again during our next trip to Eugene.

Really enjoyed the stay! The house was well kept and very clean as advertised. Very good communication and clear instructions for checking in and out. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and covers. Would definitely enjoy staying there again when making a return visit to Eugene!

Relaxation in Eugene

This Eugene home has all the amenities you need and reminded us of home. The house is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There are raspberries, blackberries, and grapes in the backyard. We were able to relax in a conveniently located area to many cities in Oregon.

Very nice, well updated little house in a quiet neighborhood. Juan was great to work with. I had a little trouble with the cable due to the previous guest and Juan was very responsive and helpful. Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in for the Eugene Marathon. The house accurate as listed. It was a great price for what we needed. Juan answered the few questions we had in a timely manner and was very helpful in his responses. There is a great market/grouping of food trucks just south of the house a few blocks but we didn’t discover it until our second to last day. We would stay here again if we come back and encourage others to make use of this rental if you’re ever in Eugene.

MY favorite food is anything with my wife's mole oaxaqueno! I worked several years in the kitchen at marche` at fifth street as well as café zenon, as pastry chef. I love baking pastry for my family when I get a chance.
