A freshly updated three bedroom home nestled into the side of the south hills of Eugene. Surrounded by mature gorgeous plants and a wonderful view. this is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The hiking trail of Spencer Butte and parts of the Ridgeline trail are just a few blocks away. Bus lines, grocery stores , and 2 restaurants are a easy walk from the front door. The University of Oregon, Hayward field and Autzen stadium are an easy drive but you will be well away from the commotion.

This home is very private in a nice neighborhood. The yard is full of very interesting plants and flowers. We enjoyed the patio and the living room was very comfortable for two couples.

Great location and perfect for the volleyball tournament at the University of Oregon. The house was clean, safe, and very comfortable. It’s close to Safeway and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is older as is a lot of Eugene. It was late and dark when I got there. But it turned out to be very good. Beautiful roses and other plants. House had all the basics and was very easy to stay at. Safeway supermarket 2 blocks away. Right off the main street. Good value for the price.

Cute neighborhood in the South Hills, not far from downtown Eugene. Comfortable and clean. Yard and furnishings could use a little TLC but very functional overall.
