Family friendly home in prime Santa Rosa Beach location with easy public beach access - relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of 30A. Open spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for family gatherings. 3 bedroom, 3 bath with backyard and balconies off second-floor living area and master bedroom. TV's in ea room. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to dine in. Nice patio with furniture. Public beach access is Gulfview Heights located directly across from the entrance of our neighborhood. We are located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops including Local Catch, Gulf Place, Goatfeathers, The Perfect Pig, etc. This is the perfect family vacation location! The beach is less than two mins. away with the use of the Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) that comes with the home (18 or older and drivers Lic. req.). Bike rental and ice cream shop directly across the street. We love this area!

Perfect Beach House!

We loved this home. The location was great, and the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. We were happy that goatfeathers was so close by too. The house was very well equipped. From the full spice rack in the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs, nothing was lacking. Our family hopes to return soon!

Incredible Beach House

We had the BEST time and enjoyed every second of our stay here! The house was perfect for our two families, the layout was awesome, the house was clean and spacious. It was great to have the golf cart, umbrella and beach chairs. The location was perfect. Rich was incredible to work with and his communication throughout the entire process was wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Love this area!! Had a great family vacation.

We had an amazing visit to this area of 30A. Our family has been coming to this area for many years and watched it grow. After staying the past 5 years at the opposite end of 30A in Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches, it was refreshing not to be faced with crowds and a sea of people at the beach, restaurants and shops. The amenities of the house were perfect for our family of 5, including 2 teenagers. We had everything we needed and felt completely at home here. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to and from the beach everyday and we were thankful to have use of the houses beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It made packing so much easier. While we were here, we rented a kayak from Buddies Ice Cream and our kids experienced a once in a lifetime dolphin adventure while paddling around the second sandbar. We also enjoyed easy access to Draper Lake to explore the dune lake (one of our favorite things about 30A), trail access to hike through Point Washington Forest, art classes and shopping at the Artists @ Gulf Place, live music nightly at the Growler Garage, and some awesome meals at Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and The Local Catch --- all within walking distance of the house. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a family friendly beach area along 30A.

Great house, owners very helpful!

Location was wonderful! Loved the fact that the golf cart was included. Made things much easier. Neighborhood was very quiet and beach access was perfect. Shops and restaurants close enough but not too close. Have been to the area several times over the years and would definitely stay in this house again!!

Great place, fantastic location

Visited with a group of friends, and couldn't have been happier with the proximity to the beach (helped by the onsite golf cart), the spacious and newly-decorated rooms, and the easy access to lots of great restaurants in the area. Perfect for families or groups!

Birthday stay

We went to celebrate the birthdays of a few of our friends. We had 4 couples stay for a week and couldn't have been happier!! The house is gorgeous, rooms were well appointed and very convenient to one of the best beaches I have ever seen. Having the golf cart was invaluable. The kitchen, dining and common areas were perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks a million.... we will be back.

This house was GREAT!

I can't say enough about our vacation this past week! This house is gorgeous and super spacious, having everything we needed and then some! The location is absolutely perfect. We walked or rode bikes every day (sometimes twice a day!) to Gulf Place so we could grab coffee & pastries at Sunrise Coffee. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was amazing! We rode bikes (rented directly across the street) to Seaside (about 30/40 minutes) and enjoyed the food trucks and shopping. The beach is just a short walk, or quick golf cart ride, away. We made dinner one night since the kitchen had everything that we would need and we enjoyed sitting on the rockers at night reading books. This place was perfect! The owners were responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated since this was our first experience using VRBO for our vacation! Not only will we be returning to Santa Rosa Beach, but we hope to rent this home again when we return!

The house was fantastic. Located very close to the beach.

We enjoyed the entire experience. The home is very nice, having been remodeled recently. It was about the same price as two hotel rooms but offers so much more. In the end, we saved money with the full kitchen. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is also great. Also, the home owners were very gracious, and eager to make this a great vacation. I would recommend this house for you next vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and everything seemed new!!

It's literally around the corner from Santa Rosa beach! You can walk or take the golf cart!! The house is lovely! Has all the amenities you could want! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen- Air conditioning throughout, outdoor chairs on the patio with grill, game room with X- box for kids to enjoy and a deck on both levels of the home- I would highly recommend staying here!!! - Christine Bregoli/ Boston, MA
