Modern villa private pool set in a tranquil location close to beach Internet

A lovely detached villa, tastefully furnished to a high standard close to pine forests and opposite farmlands. The villa benefits from a large enclosed lawned garden with lots of space to run around, a private pool with Roman steps, stone BBQ and large covered Naya with dinning table for all your outside dinning.
The villa has a lounge/diner, fully fitted modern kitchen leading to the Naya. 3 bedrooms: 1double and 2 twins, 1 family bathroom and 1 en suit bathroom. A collection of DVD's, videos, books, board games, internet access 2 flat screen tv, buckets & spades and inflatables are provided with a travel cot and high chair should you have little ones. For all locally grown produce fresh bread eggs, meat canned items and of course alcohol etc there is a local fruiterer ten minutes walk through the pine forest and larger supermarkets close by.
Are closes restaurant Mar Y Monte is walking distance fantastic food and wine.
Roche beach is 3 km away where there is a lovely fish restaurant.

Lovely stay

This was our second time staying at this wonderful rental, and once again, it did not disappoint! The house was impeccably clean, just like we remembered, and the hosts were as lovely and accommodating as ever. It’s a perfect spot for young families—our daughter had a fantastic time. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. It’s simple to get to, making the arrival stress-free. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back for a third visit! Highly recommend for families looking for a great vacation spot.

Cozy, beautiful house with all amenities. Supermarket and butcher nearby. The pool is fantastic. Definitely worth repeating. Surrounded by nature, so you’ll need a car to get around. Sue, Sam and Paul always very kind and available. Great experience!!

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa, travelling with 3 children. The villa was clean and well equipped. The children loved the pool and we enjoyed eating outside and cooking on the bbq. The local beaches are all beautiful with fine golden sand, clear water and fun waves for body boarding. We particularly enjoyed visiting nearby Conil and kayaking at Santi Petri. Communication with Sue was very good.

Wonderful villa!

It was very easy locating the villa, Sue and Sam made sure we got the address well before check in day. The property is just like the photos, extremely clean, garden and pool very well maintained. Shops, ventas and restaurants just a 5min drive away. And the beautiful beaches just a 15min drive. We had an absolutely lovely time at this villa! Sue checked in with us via messages a few times during the stay making sure we had the best time possible. Thank you Sue for taking care of my family, we have memories to treasure forever.

Relaxing, comfortable and ideal family getaway!

We had a lovely time at Sue and Pedro's villa. The villa itself was extremely clean, presented beautifully and ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Along with great communication from Sue from the moment we enquired on HomeAway, we were also looked after so well by Sam and Paul once we arrived in Conil - nothing was too much bother for them, they were brilliant. It was a perfect stay for a family or even a few couples as the lounge and outdoor areas were comfortable and spacious. A car is needed as the beaches are a short drive away but it's well worth the short drive, and it's worth driving to Conil (again only a short distance), it's a pretty town with lots of great restaurants - very tasty tapas and seafood! We had a great time and would love to stay again in the near future.

Das Haus und vor allem der Garten und Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Das Haus ist mit alkem ausgestattet, was so im Urlaub benötigt werden könnte.Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr groß.Der Kontakt zu Sue, der Vermieterin, war super. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dem Haus, das erste Mal vor einigen Jahren, und waren wie damals schon rundum begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sejour magnifique

Très belle maison. La clim aurait été un plus surtout certaines nuits. La piscine est super agréable avec un exposition 100% soleil. Le soir, lorsqu'elle est allumée, elle est magnifique ! Je regrette quil n'y ait pas un petit espace salon exterieur. Susan est très reactive et a l'écoute tout comme l'équipe sur place. Je recommande sans problème !

Lovely villa in our favourite part of Spain

We really enjoyed our second holiday here. The villa was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent The pool was lovely and warm and the beaches in this area are amazing.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus unweit schöner Strände

Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgetstattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der schattigen Terrasse und am herrlichen Pool (großzügige Maße in Tiefe und Länge/Breite und sehr sauber) verbracht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war überaus sympathisch. Sie war stets zu erreichen und hat sich immer sofort um die Lösung von Fragen und Problemen gekümmert. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Hauswart Paul verlief auch sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit defekter Sprenkelanlage und Spülmaschine, um die er sich intensiv gekümmert hat, wenngleich die Spülmaschine leider nicht in unserer Zeit repariert werden konnte. Aber gegen Mechaniker, die ein paar Tage Vorlauf brauchen und Ersatzteile, die erst bestellt werden müssen, ist man halt machtlos. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Haus (6 Nächte) rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Nochmal, nein danke

Leider nicht sauber, überall hat es geklebt, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen , überall Ameisen und Wespen. Handtücher gab es nur bei der Ankunft, das heisst für zwei Personen nur ein Handtuch im Bad und zwei Badetücher für zehn Tage!!! Wasser in der Dusche war leider fast immer kalt, oder bruehend heiss. Liegen ohne Auflagen, keinen Sonnenschirm.

Buen sitio tranquilo para desconectar

Destacaría el jardín la piscina y la bbq. La localización es adecuada para no encontrarte con mucha gente. Se necesita coche para ir a la playa (8 min). Para nosotros lo peor fueron las camas que necesitan un cambio. Por lo demás todo correcto

We brought our villa because we just fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. And we had seen many.
The lay out of the villa, the space the privacy the location, large garden ,private parking, forest the beaches everything really. Restaurants within walking distance.
And then the Costa Del la Luz the beaches and what it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Just having your on space and time away with friends and family, enjoying there company.
Privacy your own swimming pool and garden and parking felling happy in your surroundings.
But still close enough to civilization to see this region of Spain but then looking forward to come back to your get away.
