Beautiful property with stunning countryside views
The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple.

Disappointing
Host did not reply to our messages. Property not ready on our arrival. Heating didn’t work properly. Radiator in bathroom very noisy. Bathroom tap came off in my hands. No privacy due to accommodation being next to the drive of the owners house. No privacy using hot tub. Nothing available to clear up after using the log burning and the vacuum didn’t work properly. No wardrobe available to hang clothes.
