Apartment on the sea located in Porticello (Santa Flavia - Palermo), in the ancient seaside village of Santa Nicolicchia, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf. The house equipped with Wifi has three bedrooms (two doubles and one with a single bed that can become a double), two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with wooden beam ceiling, equipped kitchen, attic with terrace overlooking the sea. Below the house in the very characteristic small village there is a marina where it is possible to rent rubber boats.
