The house has 2 bedrooms communicating with each other, one of which has a double room with sea view and the other with two beds. Ideal for a couple or families with up to 2 children.
To access the double bedroom you have to go through the room with the beds, not recommended for 2 adult couples.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in the bedroom and the other with external access.
The structure is surrounded by green lawn and offers ample parking on the property.

Very good experience

Very good hosting: all the issues where resolved there and then. Property is nicely decorated and maintained. We only missed a dishwasher.

Beautiful view

The villa was comfortable and the sea views were outstanding. Getting to the property was difficult with the road in a poor state. Sadly there was a lot of noise in the neighbourhood with barking dogs and building work. We appreciated Marcella's cake and the wine was superb. Thanks for the welcome. Good base for north Sicilian coast.

A little piece of heaven!

Hi, what a fab property! It is so good you will reluctant to leave during your stay. Great hosts, Marcello and his wife left us some canolos (you will get to know these very well); some milk; some lovely local re wine and the piece de resistance the most magical home baked cake. A fab time, great property, great base for sightseeing and ever so welcoming on your return......and very generous and kind hosts. Thank you. Peter and Diane

Perfect base for exploring north west Sicily.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is well situated for exploring this part of Sicily and only minutes away from Casteldaccia. A great deal of thought has been given by the owners into the decoration and furnishings making it an ideal holiday villa. Friendly and welcoming hosts, we really appreciated the cake, pastries and wine they left for us. Recommended.

High recommended for a calm retreat next to Palermo

We loved to have breakfast with this lovely sea view surrounded by lemon trees. The house is modern and cozy furnished and well equipped. There are a few restaurants within 10 min walk downhill at the see, but we highly recommend to have a rental with you for anything else. Our Hosts were very kind (thank you again for the cake and the wine !) and the communication was easy and helpful.
