This 5 bedroom, 4 bath private beach house is located directly across the street from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool (heated as needed), private hot tub, game room, cornhole, giant connect 4 game and sleeps 12 max. with 4 queens, 2 twins, & 1 sleeper sofa.

*PETS, MOTORCYCLES, BOATS WELCOME!! This is a non-smoking property!
Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring

This beach house sleeps 12 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool (heated as needed), relax in the PRIVATE hot tub, or play games in the PRIVATE game room. This house was re-furbished in January 2017 and all mattresses were replaaced in Nov. 2025. House also features Flat Screen TV’s in all bedrooms & living room, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, and all the comforts of home.

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

The cleaning could have been better but every time I had to call the office with an issue they were right on top of it. My suggestion is to understand this is a pet friendly house so you aren’t getting the newest house on the block but the pool is nice even though the house could use some work. Also note: they will not let you in till the inspector comes to look at the house. 4 pm. I would stay in the future. Others said they had issues but I can say management and staff were wonderful to work with. I block to the beach, lots of room for everybody one bathroom has 2 showers so there’s plenty of space to get ready. Multiple parking spaces. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but I did bring my own skillet.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a very good location. There is great patking, as well. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Plenty of amenities and very clean. The pool could use a vacuuming in the corners where debris settles and gets stirred up, but we enjoy our stay every time. I will book this house again. The smoke detectors malfunctioned this time and kept all going off randomly so that and the pool being vacuumed would be my only suggestions, and maybe a bigger tv in downstairs room. Older people likely stay downstairs and smaller tv is difficult to see. Also adding some full body mirrors in some rooms would be helpful. We love staying here! You can tell homeowners are thoughtful, and family oriented and North Beach staff are Awesome!

Loved that it was so close to the beach. We had plenty of space. Host was very easy to contact and very responsive. The pool was not warm even though it is supposed to be heated, contacted host and they sent maintenance over right away and they fixed it. The heater kept turning off throughout the stay. The kids mostly did not care. Photos are not updated. There is no bunk beds, which the kids were bummed about. Still plenty of sleeping room. Hot tub was dirty. Again, kids did not care. But, it needs a good cleaning. We would 100% stay here again. It was great for our group of people. Nice and close to the ocean. Loved the balcony! All of the maintenance people and check in people were very nice.

We had a list of things that didn’t work.Spent most of our month vacation waiting for repair people. The front door wouldn’t lock, washing machine didn’t work, no ac in the upstairs which is where 4 out of 5 bedrooms are located. While they sent someone quickly, all they did was say they couldn’t do anything so we’d wait for the Electrician, HVAC, Spectrum etc. There was still a line running through the living room television when we checked out. We’ve been renting Holmes in this area for over 15 years. We’ve never had such a horrible experience.In addition, the layout of this house is very strange. There’s a cluster of bathrooms, then bedrooms. The ceilings are very low with fans, be careful lifting your arms up to change. The toilet seats are as old as the house. It’s also very loud. The two hotels across the street make everything echo. Not a very tranquil environment. The pool, hot tub and game room were fun. This is where we spent most of our time waiting for repairs. Sorry, hope the next folks have a better experience.

Great Property and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Brick House. The house was clean and the perfect size with just the right amount of bath and bedroom options for our group size. A quick walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub onsite was clean and relaxing. The management company was very responsive and so friendly. The answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival and when we had one small issue at the property, they were so friendly and addressed it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
