This is the second time we have stayed here. It is clean, well managed, and very close to downtown Miami and the Everglades.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. I felt there was great value for the price. The home was clean, cool and very comfortable. Well situated between major destinations like the airport, Homestead, Shark Valley, Little Havana and Oleta River State Park-if you have a car. Host was very accommodating.

Communication with owner was the best my group has ever experienced with a VRBO. Location was good for exploring the Everglades and other area attractions. We recommend you stay here.

Feels like home.

The house was very clean and big to accommodate all six of us with plenty of room to do our own thing, and had a large kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the airport and to the wedding venue. The host was very accommodating and replied to our messages right away.

We felt at home!

Great property with excellent amenities and unbeatable location. While the AC did go out one night, Santiago was super proactive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. We will stay here once again in the future.

Amazing home

I would highly recommend staying here. Take a drive around the neighborhood and down the street to see the area. There is an airboat and alligator park about 10 minutes away. Property managers are very professional.

Clean Spacious Miami Home

The owners had prompt, thorough, considerate communication. The house is as advertised. When we return to Miami, we would like to stay at this home-away-from-home. :)

Great home!

We took our 90 year old mom to celebrate her bday with her older siblings in Miami, the home was very comfortable and well equipped. Super clean and it had a nice yard. Belkis the owner was wonderful and so helpful. The location is centrally located to where we needed to be. Easy access to the toll road. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Fit all of our needs

We had to drive down last minute for a funeral and needed enough space to accommodate my husband and I, as well as our 5 kids. The house had plenty of room and was stocked well. It was also near many stores and restaurants which was very convenient. We walked around the neighborhood a couple of evenings and always felt safe. The host was responsive and answered all our questions. We are already talking about returning next year.

Ondanks de woning toch een fijn verblijf

Deze woning heeft maar 2 badkamers en geen 3 of 2,5 zoals de eigenaar beweert. Anders nooit geboekt voor deze prijs. Woning is toch wel lichtelijk 'run-down'. Lekkere bedden. Nogmaals jammer dat website info onjuist is.

This review is false as it does not represent our listing. Please refer to the previous hundreds of 5 stars reviews we have. To correct it ,let’s start by saying that the house does have 3 bathrooms. 2 are full bathrooms and one is half bathroom (in the USA this means the third bathroom is toilet and sink only). Just as the house description says. The stove air extractor and the refrigerator were working as they should after check out (perhaps the guest didn’t know how to operate them) , the smoke alarm went off as they should when there is smoke in the house ( this is a safety feature and not a malfunction) , the washing machine is a year old as works perfectly ( there is some rust where the bleach tray is ) this is from bleach spill onto the metal . We tried to accommodate this guest as much as we could by allowing early check in , however we couldn’t accommodate his request for a latter check out more than 2 hours because we had new guests checking in the same day . Unfortunately I feel this made the guest upset and triggered the bad false review.

Great

It was all that it says in the review, nice, quiet, clean all the amenities were perfect. I even had an extra folding bed that I didn’t use. Only was concerned about the security of the doors, and the squeaky, noisy king size bed. Everything else was great, I will surely go back there and hopefully stay longer. Thank you for welcoming us to your house, it was indeed a great stay and we were able to do want we really wanted to do and what was set out to do….!!!!!!

Great place to stay in Miami Beach

This house was great for my family. Nice and clean, easy communication with the owner, roomy enough for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the back yard was great for the kids.
