Great Tuscan Villa

We were very impressed with the property. The property care taker met us and gave us a tour to get situated. The pool was clean and offered a lovely place to relax in the sun after a day exploring the region.

The Perfect Tuscan Escape, Amazing Views of rolling countryside.

The perfect Tuscan home. The house is immaculate and the hosts were lovely, the house book was full of information on the area. There was nothing we did not love about this beautiful traditional home. It's authentic and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Multiple terraces for dinning and the pool area was so relaxing. We would love to stay again when we next visit Tuscany.

Excellent spot in the countryside outside Florence. The one and only thing was the abundance of ants in the kitchen. The host should do something about that. Absolutely not a deal breaker, but it could be an issue for other parties. We will definitely use this villa again!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Salve Regina, wurden herzlich begrüßt und würde das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Die Schlafzimmer haben tolle Aussichten und die Betten sind sehr bequem. (für kühlere Nächte hätten wir aber mehr Decken gebraucht.)Die Lage ist ein Traum, weil man seine Ruhe hat, aber sehr schnell in Florenz und Siena ist. Die wunderschöne Landschaft der Chianti-Berge sorgt für sofortige Entspannung.Mit insgesamt 8 Personen, haben wir die Kapazität des Hauses ausgenutzt und es gut kennen gelernt. Wir haben den Pool geliebt und sind Fans davon, dass es WC und Kühlschrank in der Nähe gibt. Aber für 8 Menschen sind es zu wenig Liegen bzw. Schattenplätze - hier wären Sonnenschirme eine gute Ergänzung. Dafür gab es viele Handtücher.Die Küche ist für 8 Personen ein bisschen knapp ausgestattet - mehr Gläser und Tassen wären gut. Auch mit der Kaffeemaschine haben wir ein bisschen gekämpft.Dafür war das Frühstück draußen direkt vorm Haus ein tägliches Highlight.Ein paar kleine Reparaturen, die das Haus noch braucht, bevor die nächste wilde Gruppe alle Zimmer belegt:- Die Bedienung für das große Tor ist nicht mehr ganz zuverlässig-im Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoss hängt das Türschloss am seidenen Faden - im Schlafzimmer oben lief im Klo immer Wasser- Mückennetze an den Fenstern wären ein großer Gewinn

Absolut tolle Lage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Das Haus ist charmant, hat eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Es gibt leider nur einen Stern Abzug da bei uns die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und es daher sehr heiß wurde. Es wurde aber versucht sich darum zu kümmern. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern sehr nett und ferundlich. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen bekommen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht: toller Pool, super Outdoorküche, viele Flächen zum gemeinsamen Aufenthalt und viel toskanischer Charme! Auch die Lage nahe Florenz und weiteren Highlights der Region ist toll! Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war in Ordnung. Bei der Sauberkeit in der Küche aber gibt es Grund zur Kritik. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es bräunliche Flecken auf der Arbeitsfläche, in den Schubladen lagen Krümel und Essensreste, das Geschirr in den Schränken war komplett verdreckt. Das lag vermutlich daran, dass die Düsen in der Spülmaschine komplett verstopft und verdreckt waren. Ebenso das Sieb. Wir haben also alles auseinander genommen und gereinigt, erst danach konnte man die Spülmaschine benutzen. Fazit: Vielleicht mal eine Grundreinigung durchführen und insbesondere in der Küche mehr wert auf Sauberkeit legen, dann fühlt man sich zu absolut 100% wohl. Aber der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft bleibt trotzdem sehr positiv! Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
