Exterior features include a large upper deck with plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing, another covered deck downstairs, spacious planted backyard with in-ground sprinkler system, bocce set, badminton, Weber gas grill, outdoor shower, bikes and so much more! The house is located off of Dune road in a cul de sac perfect for biking and strolls with your family and friends. There is a community boat launch for kayaks, jet skis or your sailboat 1 block away.
Avoid the Hamptons traffic and relax in beautiful Westhampton Beach - only 1.5 hours away from Manhattan.

Nice beach house, close to beach

My family and I needed a last minute place to stay and Jennifer was so accommodating. She had everything we needed, towels, beach chairs, even a wagon to transport everything. The beach is a two minute walk and amazing! The ping pong table and basketball court along with the beautiful yard and incredible weather made our trip.

Idyllic get-away for family of 5

Our family (wife, myself, boys aged 9, 7 & 7) had a fantastic stay at the house. Spacious lay-out with climate-controlled bedrooms, thoughtful details for kitchen and living space and multiple spaces for outdoor socialization/meals. (Basketball mini court was a big hit for our boys). Plenty of beach gear / towels made the very short walk to the beach particularly easy. Owner was communicative both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for a family/friend get-away!

Inexpensive by beach

The house is right across the street from the beach. The house is a bit of a ramshackle, but it is clean and well stocked. No problems with staying there. The owner is very nice. There were a few days when beach had a strong Riptide and we could not allow the children into the water, but otherwise the beach was empty except for some scattered locals. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house, short walk to the beach

The house, was as advertised. Nice and clean and very close (2 minute walk) to the beach. Jennifer was very responsive with questions. It worked out perfectly for our family of 3 college aged kids. Lots of room outside the kids loved the ping pong table. Highly recommend this house. Thanks again Jennifer!

Hamptons Vacation...

My family and I had a wonderful week at Jennifer's property in West Hampton Beach! The house was very clean and organized with plenty of clean linens, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. The backyard is ideal and offers a basketball hoop and ping pong table for added fun!

Great vacation home!

My husband and I just returned from our stay at this rental and can’t wait to book again! Jennifer was wonderful to communicate with, very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. The house itself is lovely and the shortest walk to the beach. It was clean and filled with whatever we needed, whether it be for cooking or beach needs. I’d highly recommend Jennifer’s property as this was such a great experience!

Great home close to the beach

Our family stayed for a week and it was great home very close to the beach. We had a minor issue but Jennifer was very responsible and got things handled quickly. Certainly would consider staying again

Stunning home just steps from the ocean beach!

We love everything about this house! Everything about this house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. My kids loved playing in the large backyard and biking around the neighborhood. The location of the home cannot be beat. The ocean beach is just across the road! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Why they chose this property

I chose this house because of the location to the beach. To be able to walk to the beach is such a pleasure. Many years ago, we owned a house in East Hampton but the traffic to the house left us needing a vacation from our weekend home! Plus we had to DRIVE to the beach. Loading up the kids with all of the beach umbrellas, pails, shovels, chairs, cooler, drinks etc made it more of a schlep than fun.
Now we can just stroll back and forth when ever we want. :)

What makes this property unique

My house is located in a charming and quiet cul de sac right off of Dune Road. There is very little car traffic. Its a great area for kids to bike and scooter around the neighborhood. My boys are devoted basketball players so we built a 1/2 basketball court. There is a community boat launch 1 block away if you are interested in kayaking, jet skiing or launching a small boat.
