This four bedroom, three and one-half bath charming home is set on an 1.2 acre estate property. The heated Gunite pool is surrounded by travertine and beautiful landscaping. This relaxing, spacious home offers guests several well-decorated living spaces, a gourmet kitchen and a covered open air patio for enjoying coffee or cocktails. The primary bedroom has a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower as well as a second story private deck with a view of the large, heated pool.
Our property is 90 minutes from NYC and is in an ideal Westhampton Beach location--walking distance to both Main Street restaurants/shops and minutes away from the stunning, pristine ocean beaches.
Amenities include: fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wireless internet, Smart TVs in the family room, primary bedroom, guest bedroom, central air, two wood burning fireplaces and a Peleton bike in the den.
Outdoor deck furniture includes Restoration Hardware dining table with six chairs, two large umbrellas and four chaise lounges for relaxing by the pool. There is also a brand new Weber Genesis gas grill so you can enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner in our beautifully landscaped, half-acre backyard, surrounded by many trees, flowers and shrubs.

One week family vacation in Westhampton.

The location can’t be beat. A short walk to the center of town and about a mile and a half to beautiful Rogers Beach where there is no parking issue and owner provided beach passes. House was spacious and well-stocked. Owner was extremely responsive.

We had a great time at Sima's home. The location is perfect, literally walking distance to the town and beach. Sima is very responsive and accommodating. Our 2 year old started referring it as "home". Thanks again for having us, Sima.

Great Family Property in West Hampton

Our family spent a week at 30 Jessup Lane in West Hampton. The manager, Sima, communicated well throughout the whole process: booking, prior to arrival, and during our stay. She provided us with excellent house instructions and helpful tips of what to do and where to go in West Hampton. The house is a bit dated but very spacious and clean. The backyard with the pool was excellent. The grill worked great, and there’s plenty of outdoor furniture. The only problem with West Hampton, like all Hamptons, is beach parking. Hopefully, you’ll know someone who will let you park in their driveway within walking distance to the beach. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and highly recommend this home.

The Perfect Location Between the Town of WHB and the Beach!

This beautiful property offers the perfect accommodations for anyone looking to spend time in West Hampton. The house is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the town center where you can pick up morning pastries, amazing pizzas, or a picnic for the beach. Turn left down Jessup lane and you are on your way to the gorgeous and well maintained Rogers Beach. At the house, the pool is large enough to accommodate a big pool party with a spacious deck and plenty of seating. The backyard is quite private and there wasn't any interruption from surrounding properties during our stay. We had a big BBQ and were able to grill outside and enjoy our meal on the deck. There is also a great local bar within 2 miles that we ventured to after dinner. Additionally, there are some wonderful restaurants that offer incredible sunset views along Dune Road, which runs along the beach. This is a wonderful house in a prime location with excellent access to the village and the beach, if you ever decide to leave the backyard!

Perfect Getaway

Rented this home while in town visiting family and it was really great. Property is beautiful with plenty of yard space with a great pool. Location cannot be beat with just a 5-10 minute walk to town, or drive to the beach.

Hamptons trip!

Sima is an amazing host. She was so kind and welcoming and that made our stay very pleasant. My favorite part of the house was the large back yard and the huge pool with just the right water temperature where my family and I spent most of our time just chilling and using the BBQ. Being in West Hamptons as opposed to further east, the proximity to the city and Manhattan was ideal for our busy daughters to get to us. The town is very small and super cute with shops and restaurants. It was a lovely stay.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

Sima's property is perfectly suited for a getaway with family and friends. The pool is amazing and completely fenced in - we spent most of our time out there and only made it to the beach once! The proximity to town is ideal for morning walks to get coffee and afternoon shopping! Sima is very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to renting this property for future trips!

Just returned from an enjoyable family vacation at Sima’s home. The house was clean and well-maintained. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was perfect for our 5- and 4-year old grandchildren and the covered patio was perfect for relaxing with an infant. Close proximity to town and the beach was a real plus. Sima was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We would definitely return.

This is the third or fourth time we've rented this house. It works great for us every time. The house has an outstanding pool / deck / outside area where we spend hours and hours. The kitchen works well and is very convenient to the outside area. The owner is very responsive and is super friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing time

We just finished a 2 week stay at Sima's beautiful house, and I have to say, I haven't relaxed to this extent all year. The property is gorgeous and well maintained with lush, beautiful landscaping. The pool/deck is large and so peaceful for the adults to relax by, and tons of fun for the kids. Sima was so responsive and easy to talk to, as well as very organized and informative. My only constructive feedback was the wi-fi signal was weak, but it gave us a great excuse to forget about checking work email. It was a wonderful house to spend our summer vacation at, and we were all disappointed to see our trip come to an end. Thank you Sima!

wonderful stay

This is a beautiful home. Bright kitchen with every kind of accoutrement or serving dish you'd need, spacious downstairs living area, and two gorgeous, high-end bathrooms upstairs along with nice bedrooms. The rental comes with passes to the nearby semi-private beach, which is a nice bonus, and we loved the large heated private pool behind the house. I had trouble getting my 4-year-old out of the pool when it was time to leave. One note: the signal for the wireless network isn't very strong, so don't rely on it if you plan to do work when you're out there. But that was not a big deal for us, as we were vacationing, not working at all. A bonus: the owner was very responsive and accommodating when we had a question. A truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

A great spot for a summer getaway

Our second stay at this house. It has been great both times, and works perfectly for us. The pool and outside area are great - the entire area is fenced in, so kids and dogs are under control. The pool and deck area is perfect for a day of hanging out and having a barbecue. The kitchen is very functional and only steps away from the outside area. The master suite is great with a large bedroom and large bathroom. The house has a lot of space and can accommodate a number of people for a summer getaway.

Great house in a terrific location

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Sima's house. The house is modern and comfortable and the location is terrific: a short walk or bike ride to town or Dune Road and a 2 minute drive to the Westhampton beach. We spent the days at the beach and then came back to the pool in the late afternoons. Sima was a pleasure to deal with and we hated to have our stay in Westhampton come to an end.

Truly a wonderful place.

I can't say enough about the lovely time we had at Sima's house. Everything you would expect from a beautiful house in the Hamptons. In fact, it was so good, we stayed by the pool for our entire stay and never made it to the beach! Great time had by all and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house, extremely helpful and friendly owner- everything we bargained for!

A group of 6 of us stayed here for 3 nights just recently and had a fantastic weekend. Beautiful property, large pool, full amenities. We loved the outdoor porch and the well decorated house with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The owner was responsive and extremely helpful. House was clean, well maintained, and we got everything we bargained for. I strongly recommend renting this house- you will get everything you bargained for. We plan to come back again.

Our family has owned this home since the 1980s. It is our happy place and we have enjoyed so many fun gatherings at our property with friends and relatives over the years.

Why they chose this property

The closest Hampton to Manhattan, Westhampton enjoys spectacular beaches and a quaint town with great restaurants and cafes in walking distance from our house. While you are there, you can easily explore nearby Southampton and historic Sag Harbor as well as conduct "wine tastings" at the North Fork wineries.

What makes this property unique

Our house is on 1.2 acres and is an easy walk to restaurants/cafes in Westhampton and the beach. The large heated pool is surrounded by travertine, and beautiful trees where you can rest/read on a lounge chair or enjoy a barbecue. The second floor master bedroom enjoys a private deck which overlooks the pool. There is also an open air covered patio next to the heated pool for those who want to enjoy the fresh air and rest from the sun.
