The Space:

The hallway leads you to the double bedroom and to the 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one with bathtub).The house is located in a lively area of the city, quite close to Piazza San Marco and many historical monuments. It is also near the main route for the Venetian Arsenal, which hosts the Art and Architecture Biennale. In the nearby area you can find various restaurants and cafes, as well as a well-stocked supermarket. The closest waterbus stop is San Zaccaria for easy and quick connections to all main attractions, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport (Red Line and Blue Line).

Very comfortable, well appointed apartment in an excellent location away from the tourist crowds but within easy walking distance of the major attractions. The outside space is a very welcome bonus. Contact with the host was efficient and easy with rapid response time. Not the cheapest apartment but good value for money.
