Die Wohnung und das Geschirr waren sehr sauber. Leider gibt es einen Instandhaltungs- und Renovierungsstau. Zum Beispiel waren die Holzklappläden im Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich vermodert, der vordere Abschluss ist zerrissen. Die Holzfenster schließen sehr schlecht (Diese Auflistung ist nicht komplett.) In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Esstisch, nur einen großen Plastiktisch auf der Terrasse.

Nach geraumer Suche Pool gefunden, Türöffnung mit Ship, worauf nicht hingewiesen worden ist, keine Liegestühle oder Sonnenschirme am Pool. Das Appartement sehr in die Jahre gekommen, kein Wifi, Türen zur Terrasse nur mit Gewalt zu schließen, da total verzogen. Das Ausziehbett total unbequem da die Matratze hauchdünn war. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, mehr als üblich !!

La piscine et l'appartement sont conformes aux photos. L'absence de Wi-Fi est bien précisée dans l'annonce. La piscine n'est pas une piscine d'hôtel mais de résidence et elle a surtout une vue exceptionnelle, est très agréable et est de grande taille. Le badge d'ouverture de la piscine est sur le trousseau de clés. Désolé que vous ayez eu des difficultés à ouvrir. Il ne fallait pas hésiter à nous appeler en cas de difficulté, ce que nous vous avions bien indiqué en début de séjour. Dans la mesure où vous aviez loué pour 2 personnes nous avions omis de vous indiquer qu'il y a un sur-matelas confortable dans la penderie. Désolé. Concernant la porte fenêtre c'est la première fois que nous avons une observation à ce sujet et nous en prenons note.

Schöne Unterkunft und ruhig gelegen

Gepflegte Anlage. Eine Ausstattung mit Moskitonetz über dem Bett und an den Fenstern wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ein Haken über dem Bett ist schon vorhanden. Gute Küche mit neuen Geräten. Matratze war gut. Schöne Terrasse. Toller Pool zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Strand in 900m Entfernung - zurück geht es halt Bergauf

Très bonne qualité .

Très bonne appréciation en générale , mais petit défaut de wifi malgré la 4 G . Belle propriété , l 'arrivée a l'appartement un peu décevante entretient (couloir) mais pour le logement pas de problème bien équipé ,retour l'année prochaine possible .

En effet comme indiqué dans l'annonce il n'y a pas d'accès WIFI. Il y a une très bonne réception en 4G et en 5G permettant de télétravailler confortablement. Nous veillerons à ce que la société de nettoyage s'occupe mieux des parties communes.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, mas bien équipé, une belle terrasse agréable. Nous avons pris la voiture pour rayonner sur les plagees, pas de problème de bouchon ou parking, possible à pied mais ça grimpe bien

In generale abbiamo passato una buona permanenza

Abbiamo avuto delle informazioni per raggiungere e aprire la casa correttamente anche se un pò macchinose. L'entrata ci ha allarmato in quanto sporca, piena di terra e foglie. Inoltre la luce non funzionava. Essendo un corridoio chiuso alla sera/notte era completamente buio. Comunque ci è piaciuto l'appartamento, ben disposto, pulito e con tutto funzionante. Scomodo il divano letto contro il muro in quanto ci sono delle doghe aggiustate che sono state montate al contrario per cui il materasso non era uniforme. Vi è un pò meno dell'indispensabile per la pulizia della casa. E' necessario portarsi lenzuola, asciugamani, strofinacci. Mancano i tappetini del bagno e della cucina e coperte leggere. Bello il giardino fatto con sassolini e tante belle piante intorno. Fornito di stendibiancheria e mollette, due lettini e un tavolo con sedie. Noi siamo stati a settembre e c'erano le zanzare di sera per cui è necessario portarsi qualcosa. Sono stata puntigliosa ma solo per informare. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la casa è silenziosa ed è proprio vicino alla bella spiaggia di Pramousquier, solo 10 minuti a piedi (al ritorno in salita ma semplice).

Contrairement à ce qui est dit la lumière du couloir fonctionne. Que s'est-il passé ? Quand il y a du mistral, c'est inévitable, des feuilles et de la poussière volent dans le couloir du bâtiment. Concernant le canapé lit, il y a dans un placard un sur-matelas de bonne qualité car nous savons qu'il est inconfortable sans cela. Pourquoi ne l'avez-vous pas utilisé ? Barrière de la langue ? Il y a bien des couettes dans le placard. Et oui, il y a des moustiques dans le Var mais il y en a encore plus en région parisienne. Nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour prendre en compte vos remarques. Nous veillerons a ce qu'il y ait davantage de produits ménagers.

Bel emplacement

Bel emplacement pour cet appartement, la plage à proximité est superbe. Possibilité d'y aller à pied mais ça grimpe au retour! Il faudra également monter si vous voulez aller à la piscine ou bien prendre la voiture. L'appartement est spacieux mais mériterait un sacré coup de jeune. De même que la vaisselle et les couverts. Un lit parapluie de bonne qualité nous a été fourni pour notre fille d'1 an, une chaise haute serait la bienvenue dans le logement. N'oubliez pas l'antimoustique car l'endroit est infesté ! Cela reste un bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Vaisselle Ikea. Notre tort est certainement d'avoir laissé les anciens modèles en plus des nouveaux donnant l'impression d'un service dépareillé. Nous allons corriger cela. Les poêles sont changées dès que le revêtement est rayé (environ toutes les 2 saisons). Appartement conforme aux photographies.

Gute Lage und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen wenn man mit Dem Auto unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung ist funktional, es ist alles vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Tücher muss man selber mitnehmen und die Wohnung reinigen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben auf unsere Anliegen sehr schnell reagiert. Parkplatz vorhanden in der Anlage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt Genosse Besten Dank!

Calme, nature et confort

- séjour du 08/09 au 15/09/2018 - Appartement très agréable et confortable, conforme à la description. Le rez de jardin avec terrasse est un vrai plus qui permet de vivre dehors par beau temps, c'était le cas pendant notre séjour. La résidence est calme avec un environnement verdoyant bien entretenu. La piscine est très agréable et son orientation permet d'en profiter même tardivement. Possibilité de partir à la découverte de la forêt des Maures à pied près de résidence. Pramousquier est très bien situé pour rayonner le long de la côte varoise de la rade de Toulon au golfe de Saint-Tropez.et pour se balader dans le massif des Maures. Séjour très agréable, nous conseillons cette location aux Mas de Pramousquier.

Un petit coin de Paradis

Nous rentrons tout juste de notre escapade au Lavandou en ce mois de juin et nous sommes ravis. La location correspondait en tous points au descriptif Le logement est accueillant, propre et rien ne manque. Le mois de Juin est idéal pour goûter au calme de cet endroit magnifique. Tout est arboré, fleuri et le matin au réveil c'est un ravissement de découvrir cette magnifique vue que nous avons depuis la terrasse . Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et l'on sent leur réelle envie de satisfaire leurs locataires. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location pour découvrir le Lavandou . Pramousquier est près de tout et les idées de balades ne manquent pas en plus des moments passés à la plage ou à la piscine . Notre séjour a été vraiment réussi !!

Une semaine au bon endroit...

Nous recommandons complétement cet appartement. Il est placé au centre d'une résidence bien entretenue à flanc de coteau, sécurisée par une barrière. Parking, grande piscine au sommet de la résidence. l'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée d'un ensemble de petits appartements mitoyens qui comportent un étage. Il y a une vaste terrasse bien exposée au soleil où l'on peut trouver de l'ombre pour y manger. L'appartement est bien conçu. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. Vous descendrez à la plage de Pramousquier en une dizaine de minutes à pied. Propriétaire accueillant et discret, disponible. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. En bas de la résidence, vous trouverez une Pizzéria familiale sympa et un petit magasin bien achalandé ouvert tard pour faire vos courses.

joli ensemble de petits mas '

descriptif donné par le propriétaire conforme à la réalité, ne convient pas à personnes à mobilité réduite car est située dans une colline (un raidillon à monter en remontant de la plage située à 700 m) piscine dans la résidence mais de nombreuses marches pour y accéder. Endroit très calme, jolie plage. Seul bémol, à 35 degrés mieux vaut prendre sa voiture pour y aller , de même le soir, car, bien qu'agréable pas beaucoup d'animation à Pramousquier. Un micro onde serait souhaitable

Un bien agréable séjour à Pramousquier

De charmants propriétaires disponibles, à l'écoute. Une location en tous points conformes à la description faite ainsi qu'aux photos. Rien ne manque au confort, on se sent chez soi. Un vrai plus, la grande piscine de la résidence et bien sûr la jolie plage de Pramousquier à 10 mn à pied. Fin août, début septembre, une période idéale ! Nous recommandons.
