Beautiful apartment / on the beach, MINT, contemporary, very clean, very bright, beautifully decorated, feet in the water, Great comfort / Lift rare Exceptional View and 180 ° on the Mediterranean Sea, on the Islands Golden (Island Levant- Ile de Port-Cros, Porquerolles), and the beautiful Var coast and the Massif des Maures.
- It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence that has 4 floors.
- This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 7 people + 1 baby ..
- It is spacious and very bright, furnished and decorated with great taste and care.
- Note: since March 2015, our apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection, free and unlimited.
- It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with: wardrobe and cupboard, (no bed is superimposed);
- an independent kitchen, with a beautiful sea view also, fully equipped, (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob 4 burners, hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker + a BOSCH coffee maker for TASSIMO capsules , fridge with freezer compartment etc...)
- a bathroom with shower very spacious (so-called Italian), with washing machine .
- Independent suspended toilets .
- La Terrasse exposed: East / South / West, with a full sea view at 180 ° on the Mediterranean Sea, is located directly on the beach of Le Lavandou, where you can see the Golden Islands (Ile du Levant , Port Cros and Porquerolles). It is equipped with a garden, consisting of a table of 7 chairs and 2 recliners - Its location and exposure are rare and exceptional. Our terrace is also equipped with an electric awning.
- We strongly advise our guests to take their meals on this terrace, to spend moments of relaxation, very pleasant and unforgettable.

The view is stunning. Enjoyed walking around the area. The apartment, especially the kitchen, was well appointed. We would have liked linens, towels and toilet paper. Finding the apartment and getting in is more onerous than it needs to be. The grounds are unkempt.

Superbe vue sur port de Bornes les Mimosas

Appartement lumineux avec grande terrasse. La vue est sublime et on ne s en lasse pas ! Directement sur plage avec sentier du littoral qui vous emnene au Lavandou en 15 minutes. Premiers commerces a 5 minutes à pieds sur Bornes les mimosas.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement et à la bonne saison.

L'appartement est impeccable, propre, spacieux pour 3, bien équipé, bien placé et bien orienté (Est, soleil le matin). La vue sur mer et le port de Bormes est imprenable sans route ou autre nuisance entre l'immeuble et la mer. Il serait toutefois difficile d'imaginer y séjourner à plus de 4. Enfin, malgré l'exposition favorable l'absence de climatisation pourrait être un souci l'été...

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, gut möbliert und ausgestattet. Matratzen ausgezeichnet, fantastischer Blick, komplett und großzügig ausgestattete Küche. Alle Geräte neu und funktionstüchtig. Eine Wohnung in der man sich von der ersten Minute an wohlfühl. Einziges Manko: der Zugang zum Haus. Schlecht beleuchtet, über Treppen, die von Büschen überwuchert sind. Schwierig bei nächtlicher Anreise. Die Eigentümer ausgesprochen nett und immer sofort ansprechbar.

Superschöne Wohnung

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Nur wenige Meter bis Bormes, ein wirklich schönes Örtchen mit netten Restaurants.

Apparement très spacieux avec de beaux volumes , idéal pour une grande famille. Vue magnifique sur la mer et proximité de la balade de bord de plage très agréable. Les extérieurs de la résidence mériteraient par contre un bon rafraîchissement. Je recommande vivement cet appartement!
