We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were brilliant with all the information they provided, even suggested cycling routes for my husband. The furniture on the roof terrace could do with updating as some of the sunbeds are broken or damaged Overall everything was great.

Wij verbleven 4 weken in dit appartement. Het is een fijn appartement met een groot dakterras. Zwembad was heerlijk voor de kinderen. Het zwembad ligt.in de binnentuin daar heb je wat minder privacy.Contact met de eigenaar was goed gaf snel antwoord.Wij kwamen eerder aan en eerder inchecken was ook geen probleem. Al met al en top appartement met alle voorzieningen dichtbij. Centraal gelegen waardoor je kan uitwijken naar andere plaatsen.

Wenn Sie gern Fahrrad fahren dann ist die Wohnung für Sie nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Sauberkeit in der Küche ist miserabel. Das Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir als erstes reinigen.

Schöne FeWo im Neubaugebiet am Rand von San Piedro

Sehr schöne FeWo direkt am Rand vom Neubaugebiet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider nicht wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt mit Außengrill. wir hätten abends gerne auf der großen Dachterrasse gegrillt. Aber wir haben in dem ganzen Gebiet nicht gesehen, dass jemand grillt. Vielleicht ist es auch aus Brandschutzgründen nicht erlaubt. Was etwas stört: Das Elternschlafzimmer ist direkt an der Straße mit 30er Zone. Leider halten sich die wenigsten dran und brettern hier durch. Dazu kommt noch bei jedem Auto das Scheppern einer Entwässerungsrinne, dir schräg vor dem Haus über die Straße geht. Auf der anderen Straßenseite hört die Zivilisation auf und an den Straßenrändern liegt bedauerlicherweise der wilde Müll :-( Der Vermieter ist absolut Top und kommuniziert sehr gut.Man erhält vor der Reise noch Informationen über die Gegend. Vielen Dank noch für den Tip der Bar Aquilino Restaurante :-)

Sejour en Août

Appartement tres bien équipé et correspond à la description. Plusieurs problèmes malheureusement, comme: la propriété du logement a notre arrivé (ex: sol sale, machine à café non vidée et non nettoyée,...). Dommage que la premiere terrase ne soit pas utilisable car on passe sonbtemps à monter les escaliers. L'accès à la piscine se fait en passant par la route, dommage pour les enfants. Aucun rangement velos, donc il faut monter les escaliers avec les velos. La piscine est tres agréable, malgres le manque de propriété au tour et le non respect des regles de vie communes, comme le stockage des vélos au tour de la piscine. Lappartement est situé dans une zone encore en travaux avec des travaux de construction durant la semaine et il n'y a rien au tour.L'accès a la plage se fait en 20 minutes à pieds.

clean modern apartment

Really nicely presented property, with all necessary equipment provided for self-catering. Close to local, good size supermarket. Sun terrace is a good size, Pool is useable but needs getting used to, not heated. Bonus of access to bikes is a nice touch. Overall really happy with this choice

La vivienda totalmente equipada, cómoda, funcional, limpia e impecable.

Hemos pasado una semana en familia. Totalmente recomendable. La casa súper cómoda y funcional. La ubicación es perfecta, en una urbanización tranquila y relativamente cerca del ambiente nocturno y la playa. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Alojamiento nuevo y espacioso

Alojamiento nuevo y espacioso. Zona muy tranquila, repetiremos por la zona. Buen recibimiento por parte de la agencia. La terraza superior es muy amplia, pero mucho calor en las horas centrales a pesar del toldo. Pondría una barbacoa para poder cenar en la planta de arriba, es lo unico q mejoraria.

Buen lugar

Es un buen sitio para pasar las vacaciones. Todo nuevo y limpio. La casa está unos 15 minutos andando a la playa y unos 10 minutos al supermercado
