Villas Virgin Gorda is excited to present Water’s Edge Villa. Located on the southern tip of the island, this tranquil villa is on the border of Devil’s Bay National Park which is home to the world-famous Baths. The villa itself is nestled among the large granite boulders with many incorporated into the design of the home. Water’s Edge sits above a boulder field on the shore of Crooks Bay and offers impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The property at Water’s Edge is designed to become one with its surroundings and take advantage of the natural beauty found only in Virgin Gorda. There are multiple gathering spots on the expansive, modern, composite deck, thoughtful landscaping, and two pools. The property is edged by a gate with Brazilian Hardwood doors and garden walls.

The living and sleeping areas are comprised of 3 separate buildings, all situated around the deck, gardens, and pools.

The first building encompasses the main living space. Here you will be delighted by the large airy kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and entire walls of folding glass doors allowing you to cook while taking in the gorgeous vista and sea breeze. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, and is equipped with large stainless steel appliances. Along with seating at the kitchen island, there is also a dining set indoors that seats six and an outdoor dining area directly off the kitchen that seats eight. The building has laundry facilities and a bathroom and outdoor shower to service the pool and living areas.

As you wander along the deck from the kitchen and dining area, you will find a second building with an open bonus room and huge windows to again remind you that you are in paradise. This bonus room is equipped with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, air conditioning, and also an entertainment area.

Leaving the bonus room, you will make your way up a set of steps that seem to ascend through the boulders. Here you will find a pool and the third building containing the 2+ bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom features a king bed a large seating area and a full kitchenette. The second bedroom features a king bed, a wet bar and mini fridge, and a set of bunk beds built into a small separate room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms, double sinks, and outdoor showers.

Water’s Edge is within a short drive of all of the shops, supermarkets, and dining available in Spanish Town. It is conveniently located near both the Marina and the Airport, allowing you to dive right into the comforts of this lovely property and begin enjoying your time on the island. Water's Edge Villa is managed by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA. They are located just minutes from the villa and are available before, during, and after your trip to make sure you have a first-class villa rental experience. Housekeeping is included with your rental (no service on Sundays or Holidays).

Additional services on request and at extra cost: Private Boat Charter Airport pick up from Beef Island (Tortola) or St. Thomas, massage services, chef services, initial fridge stocking, and more!

For vehicle rentals, we recommend Mahogany Car Rentals, you can find them online with a quick search or we can share details after you reserve the villa. All of the local rental companies have similar vehicles and rates but we think Mahogany provides the best service. They will bring your vehicle to the ferry dock/airport for your arrival. After a few minutes of paperwork with their attendant, we will escort you to the Villa and get you checked in.

Taxis are available but can add up, we are happy to share our favorite Taxi Driver's details after booking.

PRICING STRUCTURE
Our villas have a base rate for smaller occupancy, with additional charges for each extra person or room up to capacity. This tiered pricing is common across the island and accommodates various group sizes. Given the limited number of hotels, this ensures couples and smaller groups can enjoy our villas affordably, making our villas flexible for all budgets and needs.
