Apartment Prusic 2 is situated in a family house in a quiet part of Rovinj called Lacosercio. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with one or two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a terrace, on the 1st floor. There is one free parking place in the frontyard. It is ideal for family vacations and relaxation. The nearest supermarket is about 300m distant.
Our house is about 1 km distant from the nearest beach, Porton Biondi, and 1 km from the old town, 15-20min on foot.
You need 5-10 min by car to come to the other interesting beaches like Punta Corrente, Villas Rubin, Figarola (Amarin) ...

Schöne entspannte Ferien / nice and relaxed Holiday

Super Lage entspannt und doch alle Strände zentral erreichbar, eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hause mit Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Supermarkt 2 min mit dem Rad, schöner kleiner Balkon zum Frühstücken, gerne wieder. Preis / Leistung top Great location relaxed and yet all beaches centrally accessible, own parking lot in front of the house with the possibility to park the bikes. Supermarket 2 minutes by bike, nice little balcony for breakfast, gladly again. Price / performance top
