With capacity for six guests and private parking, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday in Mallorca.

The property is laid out on a single level, making it especially comfortable and practical for all types of travellers.

It offers three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with twin beds – and two full bathrooms: one with a shower, and the other with both a shower and a bathtub. The spacious and bright living room features a television and air conditioning. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning with no time restrictions, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchen includes an island and is integrated with the living area. It also has direct access to the outdoor space, where you’ll find a magnificent terrace next to the pool.

The private swimming pool, approximately 9 x 3 metres in size, is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and a charming chill-out area with sun loungers and low tables – the perfect spot to relax under the Mallorcan sun.
