Suite del Ponticello - Elegant two bedroom apartment near Portoferraio harbor. Nearby you can find all kinds of services: bars, restaurants, shops etc. It is just 500 meters from the wonderful Le Ghiaie beach, now a marine biological reserve for over 40 years, ideal for fans and not for snorkelling. The house does not have a private parking space but you can park your car in the free parking lots nearby or if you are lucky just in front of the house.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor without elevator of a historic building: to access it you enter the door and you have to climb a flight of stairs.
The large living room, well furnished by the owner, has a round table with chairs, sofa in the TV area and window with partial sea view. The smaller room, with window with partial sea view, has a double sofa bed. The larger room has a double bed, desk and bookcase. In the kitchen is developed in length with a small table for two people. Bathroom with shower.
