Mid-century style decorative touches will bring you back to the time when this cottage was built.

One of four vacation rentals just one block to water and beaches in Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego.

Just a short 5 block walk to Newport Avenue, the heart of Ocean Beach where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Centrally located in San Diego this place is close airport, downtown San Diego and Balboa Park.

Approximately 550 square feet in size this place feels quite roomy as ceilings are open beam and vaulted.

Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garages on site can accommodate a mid-size SUV. Large trucks will not fit. Max vehicle length 16 feet and garage door opening is 7 1/2 feet wide
Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. Max occupancy per licensure is 4.
Dogs require approval, 150 pet fee. Two dogs a maybe and additional fee may apply. Pets not allowed on bed or furniture and not bark or cry.
