 This property is located just 8 kilometers from the historic center of Palma de Mallorca and its beautiful Cathedral in a very quiet residential area.
This new property now available in exclusive with Villaonline. A fantastic 3 bedroom chalet distributed:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 150 x 200 with baby cot.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 150 x 200
- Bedroom 3: 2 Sinle beds 90 x 200
This house also has 2 fully equiped bathrooms with showers, modern equiped kitchen with table, Spacious lounge diner with a table for 6 people, air conditioning in all the rooms.
For your entertainment the property offers TV, WIFI, static byke and exterior a great pool 6x3 with shower also outside furniture and barbeque.
It is equiped for 6 people and is located 11 km from the airport, 4.30 km from Palma old quarter walking and it's very easy to reach with various access points.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00   
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.40 € / kw.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
