Son Oliver holiday home is located in the El Arenal area of Palma, just a 10-minute drive from Playa de Palma, making it perfect for a unique getaway with your loved ones. The property is spread over two floors and features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.

Free additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are available on request. Air conditioning is available only in the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and each bedroom has a fan. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



There is one parking space on the property, and free street parking is also available. An independent annex may be used by the owner as an office; if not traveling to another city, the owner might stay, but has a separate entrance. The house, pool, and terraces are for guests' exclusive use. The pool and pool terrace are available only from May 1 to October 1; from October to May, they are not included in the offer.
