Nice villa, could do with some love

Good sized property with a nice amount of outside space. Pool wasn’t warm due to no pool cover. Beds and linen relatively comfortable, however basement room as a little odd being off the garage. Two bathrooms don’t have showers but space to accommodate. Furnishings were tired and overall the property could do with some money spending on it. Location was good for supermarkets. To get into town it was a 15/20 min walk over the road bridge (motorway nearby very busy!) Communication with managing agents very good although transfer to villa didn’t arrive and we had to be refunded.
