Perfect stay

The condo was super clean and stocked just as described. Loved the location being within walking distance to the Hangout and beach volleyball courts. We would stay here again!

Nice condo. Could be updated, beautiful view from balcony, dishwasher did not work and not fixed while we we were there though looked at twice.

Better than expected

We had such an amazing stay! The room has been recently updated and was in perfect condition! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and the balcony overlooking the beach was perfect. Everything that we could possibly need to do some cooking was provided, which was extremely appreciated since we had breakfast and lunch in the condo everyday.. allowing us to eat out each night. The beach in front of the property was not overly packed, and the pool was well cleaned daily. I’m not sure if the walls and floors were thick and well insulated, or if the guests all abided by the quiet hours, but we were not disturbed even one time during our 6 day stay. We will definitely be interested in returning again next summer!!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH

The check in process was so easy. We went to the condo and we were in love with it. We spent 30 minutes just Oooing an Ahhing it. We sat out on the balcony before we even unpacked. We sat out on the balcony and just listen to the gulf waters. This is a very clean condo with everything you will need for your stay. All appliances work properly, and there was plenty of room for three adults. The condo is walking distance to several souvenir shops, a Dollar General, several restaurants, and there is a cute little bar that serves breakfast across the street. We had a blast!

Family Spring Break

Accommodations were as pictured and described. The balcony view was spectacular. We loved the very large kitchen countertops for food preparation and eating. The experience was great! The appliances were a little tight getting in and out of them (frig/freezer-opened "backwards" for space and oven had to open a drawer to open the door). Other renters/residents were smoking on their balconies which damped the experience a bit. I thought the property was smoke free inside and on each balcony.

Great price for the amount of space and location

The price was my favorite. Certainly, I’ve stayed at nicer places with more updated interior features and more outdoor pool space, activities, but for a last minute getaway for my family of 5 - perfect! The condo says you can hang out on the grounds before Check-in - be careful, there is NO BATHROOM on the grounds except in your room...
