This third-floor apartment is located in a well maintained building with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea at the famous Pine Walk area. The apartment has a big terrace that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing on the sun loungers with a beautiful view and watching the world go by. The large terrace offers a balance between amazing sea and nature views with some screening from the pines and palm trees on the Pine Walk particularly in the Summer period. It is located away from the noise of traffic and is within walking distance of numerous great shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the main town square and all the facilities of Puerto Pollensa.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds). Two of them with ensuite bathrooms. This apartment has a spacious lounge with TV, sofa and A/C unit. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style.

Fantastic location and outside space. Well equipped inside, but long overdue for redecoration.

Great location and outside space. Well equipped and spacious inside, but badly in need of redecorating- mould in bathrooms and on bedroom walls, and most of the paintwork is worn and grubby. A simple pot of paint over a weekend or two is long overdue and desperately needed.
