Lovely break with friends

Location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Whole apartment was very spacious, even with 6 adults didn’t feel that we were cramped. Even better was that all rooms had own bathroom, which meant no queuing for showers when there are 6 of you! kitchen very well equipped with crockery and utensils. Owners thought of everything - even some deckchairs for beach! It was lovely break Nothing

Perfect Apartment

Perfect location, beautiful beachfront views. The apartment has everything you need, is spacious and very clean. The balcony is smaller than the picture portrays but was still lovely to sit out there every morning watching the world go by. We will definitely book again for next year. Perhaps some cleaning items.. a couple of dishwasher tablets & toilet cleaner.

Perfect location overlooking beach, highly recommend.

Such a great location overlooking the beach, with just a pedestrian path below. Very quiet. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a few mins walk. 10 mins to local bus stop where you can easily reach Formentor beach, and Alcudia, as well as buses back to Palma. Beach just outside the apartment is gorgeous, sandy and gets sun all day. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Cot and high chair to use. And plenty of facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, utensils etc. Easy communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend! Nothing!

Well appointed apartment in an excellent location in a beautiful resort

Well appointed apartment with everything needed for a great holiday. The beach is 6ft from the front door and there are loads of good restaurants within a very short walk. We were a party of 4 using the 2 bigger en suite bedrooms. There is a third smaller room with twin single bedrooms &, a third showeroom. Lovely modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso coffee machine etc. We only ate out so didn’t use it but it’s well equipped for self catering.Air con we hardly used but was nice to cool the bedrooms before bedtime. Very good wifi. View from the balcony is stunning &, we got up early every day just to see the sunrise. The area was quiet at night (September). We will be going back! Nothing

Great location

Location is amazing overlooking the sea . It’s much bigger then expected . A wee bit worn and has a smell . The cleaning cupboard wren opened is full of very dirty mops and smells bad . The property is not as nice as the photos make out could do with a lick of paint . The entrance hall is very poor . Beware you can’t check in until 5pm and they want you out at 10am after paying for the day . They also have a note you must clean and empty everythingyou will be fined ( why bother paying for the cleavers etc.) we were up early on our last day scrubbing and emptying bins .

El piso esta muy bien, lo mejor es la ubicación, tiene todo cerca y está literalmente en la playa. Es un 2do piso por escaleras, esto no lo aclaran en la publicación, personas con movilidad reducida podría tener problemas de acceso,La publicación pone una foto de un balcón terraza que no es real (es la del piso de abajo).La atención del anfitrión es minima e impersonal, no nos gusto nada.Te dan un solo juego de llaves, esto fue un problema para nosotros, y la solución del anfitrión no es operativa ni segura.

Eine unvergesslich schöne Wiche

Der Blick vom Balkon auf unsere Lieblingsbucht war unglaublich schön. Das Appartement war hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Dass jeder von uns dreien sein eigenes Zimmer und Badezimmer hatte, war Luxus pur. Als es etwas zu reparieren gab, ist gleich am nächsten Tag jemand gekommen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Da fällt mir nichts ein :)
