Check in details and how to access the key could have been easier. No communication received with the lock box details on it.

Super place to stay, we loved all in this fantastic apartment. The hosts are very friendly an everything is very well taken care of. Big rooms and very comfortable. Nice little garden for eating breakfast and big sofa for nights with a glas of wine. Water and a little wine on arrival - we recommend this place. Thank you Jordi and wife.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We had booked this property for four nights but made the decision to leave after just one night.Upon arrival, we were immediately overwhelmed by an extremely strong air freshener fragrance throughout the property. The smell was so intense that it was uncomfortable to spend time indoors. After switching off the air fresheners, a strong musty, damp odour became apparent, which gave the impression that the fragrance may have been masking an underlying issue. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The bath plug hole contained a significant amount of hair, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. This raised concerns about the overall housekeeping of the property.Noise was another major issue during our stay. The occupants in the unit above were consistently loud throughout the daytime, making it difficult to relax. When they returned home at approximately 1:30 a.m. the level of noise significantly disturbed our sleep. The lack of sound insulation had a considerable impact on our comfort.Due to the combination of the persistent odour, cleanliness concerns, and ongoing noise issues, we decided we could not continue our stay. We contacted the host to advise that we were leaving early and explained the reasons why; however, we received no acknowledgement or response, which was disappointing and not the level of communication we would have expected.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are confident that our hygiene standards are high. In your case, a mistake occurred that we would have liked to resolve. Unfortunately, you chose to move to another accommodation; at that point, there was nothing more we could do for you.
