The VRBA was clean and in a very good location. Unfortunately, the mattress was completely worn out which resulted in poor sleeping for 4 nights straight. I would have given 5-star rating if the mattress was decent.
The location was great, walking distance to downtown, no problems parking and quiet neighborhood. But the slow filling toilet was really annoying. Sign says it's a "water saver" but that's not the way water saver toilets work. Something is wrong with the fill valve. Also the couches are worn out. The curled edge of the rug in the one bedroom is a trip hazard. Also didn't like the lack of a place to put soap and shampoo in shower.
This two bedroom one bath unit has a great location near the big park in downtown Anchorage. It's a quick walk to some of the best bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the kitchen and large common area. Our only concerns were the very slowly refilling toilet and awkward door to the bathroom. It was a little hard to squeeze everyone in with four adults, but this would work great for families.
Great location and easy to reach all the downtown Anchorage spots.

Very clean, comfy beds, and with in a few blocks of the center of Anchorage.
We were very pleased. Lily, the owner was very good at communicating, which helped with arrival.
We were visiting family for Christmas and everything was great. Would stay there again.

Perfect Downtown hub!
We loved being able to walk to dinner every night we wanted to. Along with not having to drive to the convention center. Our only complaint is that we didn't really understand that there were free tennis courts just a block away and didn't bring our gear. We plan to be back this summer and we will come better prepared! I highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to explore downtown but also be able to come back to a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.

One word! Amazing!!!
A beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, amazing shower, wifi, cable tv and walking distance from downtown. I definitely felt immediately at home. There was the most helpful binder that contained all the information I could have needed about the area; Grocery stores, restaurants, places to go, transportation, and the distances from the apartment. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!!
