Loved staying at the house. Wish I could of stayed longer. I felt very comfy and was very relaxed staying there. Very easy to unwind from a busy day at the house. I hope to make another trip this fall. And hope I can stay again. Great location for my trip.

Great property within easy driving distance of just about everything. Very clean and very nicely decorated and furnished. It has everything you will need for a normal vacation/stay. Very good communication by the host.
Highly recommend.
This property was perfect for our weekend trip to Alaska. Newly remodeled interior, with a beautiful design. Large sectional in living room, was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. It was a home away from home. Supper easy communication with host. Will be back again.
On the app it showed the location on the other side of Tudor Rd until after I booked. It is on the North side of Tudor not the South side. I would stay at this location again and recommend to others. Very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. Clean, quiet, and like an other said, well stocked.

Very cute place
This place is very clean, nice, and has lots of cute decor. It worked very well for me.
But…. the neighborhood experience was a downside.
The house was clean well kept. Many amenities were provided. More than in our last VRBO in Red River Gorge Kentucky.
Property was near shopping and restaurants. We based our stay with another couple in the lower unit. We had an amazing experience with hiking and the Tony Knowles trail with Pablo’s e-bike.
Definitely would recommend and return to on an Alaska trip.
It's a nice house with nice furnishings. We caught Covid on the way on the Alaska train from Fairbanks, so our first couple days were good until the symptoms hit us and then we were just plain miserable until we left to go home....not the fault of the homeowner, just a sad way to spend half of our vacation. Gotta say that it was nicer to be sick in a nice house rather than a hotel room.
This property is spectacular. It has everything you need and more. The owner has left no detail uncovered. The furnishing is tastefully appointed and has a very pleasant “at home” feel. If every VRBO was at this level (which unfortunately, not all are,) traveling would be even more enjoyable. There is no reason to “shop around” for a place when in Anchorage because I really doubt that you will have a better experience. The owner is easily assessable and is eager to make sure that your stay is top notch. Upper Grape gets 12 out of 5 stars!!
The property owner is great! Very quick to respond to messages!
This place is exactly what I imagined from the description. Owners were very quick to answer any questions. Also accommodated a late check out! Thanks for the great place to rest our heads & cook some good food!
The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It was an oasis for our visit. Communication with the manager/owner was excellent. The only problem we had was with sound bleed from the apartment downstairs, and I gather the owner is trying to address that issue.
