Book it, you won’t regret it!

Hidden gem! So beautiful that we wanted to keep it to ourselves. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and this one will be hard to beat. On one side of the street is a gorgeous estuary teeming with wildlife and miles of trails, and across the street is a beautiful beach. This location truly can’t be beat if you love to walk! Imperial Beach is a quaint, quiet beach town with great restaurants within walking distance, and it’s a quick ~20 minute drive to downtown San Diego. The condo itself is cozy and has everything you need. Comfy beds, hot shower with good water pressure, and fast WiFi (good enough for two people to work remotely with lots of video calls). Kim and Annette were fantastic hosts who were very flexible and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo across from the beach!

I’m a traveling health professional and loved my stay here for work. It’s a beautiful 3rd floor unit with lots of privacy across the street from the beach. Easy drive downtown to my job. Can walk the beach to get to IB’s market & restaurants. Very peaceful spot. Kim & Annette are very responsive and professional. The noise next door from some construction is my only complaint.

Peaceful place! Well furnished! Great location!

We are a military family and Kim was very helpful and made the booking process really easy! The condo had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. The beach is steps away and it’s a really beautiful, peaceful part of Imperial Beach.

Great beach stay

Great location and space. Loved being so close to beach. Also great being by the estuary. Place was very well stocked and equipped. Kim was a great host. Gave us many great tips on places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

I am a travelling nurse and me and my family stayed here from April until June. We were very impressed with the condo and we loved being across from the beach. They really thought of everything when furnishing the condo all the way down to the beach chairs. Quick response time if I ever needed anything the views were beautiful. Very convenient to everything, loved the idea of being able to walk to several restaraunts. If we are ever back in San Diego we will definitely come back here. Loved it!!!

We love your place & IB!

My husband and I were so excited to find such an affordable place right across the street from the beach in San Diego. Truly, the beach access could not be beat! And talk about not being crowded - sometimes we only saw a handful of people walking on the beach. It was like it was our own private beach! Eating out was great. Our favorite local restaurant was the Forum. We walked there every Friday night on our way home from the Farmer's Market. We loved picking up fresh veggies and flowers from local farmers. And when we wanted to switch things up a little, we walked down to Sea180, just a 5 minutes walk north of the pier. The view on the patio was spectacular and the happy hour from 2:30-5:00 has reasonable pricing! Kim (the property manager) was great to work with on the rental. The place had everything we needed. We thought it was so cute and we loved that there was no one above us and only one couple to the left of us. We really needed a long vacation and your place ended up being totally what we needed - peaceful and relaxing. We'll definitely be coming back!
