Amazing home in the perfect location!!

Such an amazing home for family or friends that was absolutely perfect for the week. We can’t wait to come back next year! The host was extremely helpful and communicated excellently. The house is exactly as shown on pictures with an amazing backyard for kids!

Perfect Weekend Away

This house is absolutely stunning and the pictures just don't do it justice. There is lots of indoor and outdoor space and everything you could need. The cocktail glasses and champagne flutes were a lovely touch. We had an amazing weekend at Beech House and would recommend it highly. Belinda the owner was very helpful. Hopefully one day we will be back!

Superb family holiday home

This property is gorgeous, practical and yet rather luxurious with a hot-tub, bar and games room which the teens loved. It has a lavish feel but it's not fussy and it's very much a family house. The owners are delightful and will happily help with any queries. Near a lovely beach and Edinburgh within easy striking distance so great location. Marvellous!

This house is just stunning and a real party house, everything you could possibly need for a great weekend away with friends and family. Decorated in a modern high standard with plenty of outdoor space, ideal for a sports enthusiast, golf, snooker, pool, darts to name a few. We absolutely loved staying here. The house was beautiful and had so many quirks too. Very uniquely designed and décor was amazing! Fabulous!

A group of 13 of us recently spent a weekend at Beech House and had a fantastic time. We were blown away by how spacious and luxurious the accommodation was - it is even better than the pictures suggest. The decor is amazing and everything is top quality - this is not your average holiday rental. The dining room and open plan kitchen were ideal for group dining and the garden is absolutely massive. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Xmas House

Had an amazing Xmas in this stunning house. There were 14 people in our party and there was something for everyone. Whether having fun and games in the fabulous games room or a leisurely walk along the wonderful beach which was within easy reach, we were all catered for. Belinda, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful either. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting luxury and fun in equal measures.

Dream house! Weekend of Luxury!!

THIS HOUSE IS A MUST!!!! I organised a weekend away for a group of my girlfriends and we were just blown away by this house. The pictures look amazing but it is so much better in real life, just stunning. So much space, furnished to perfection and everything you could need for a chilled out weekend. The house was great for ladies but we didn't get the most out of the games room and back garden, guys and kids would just love it. The attention to detail in every room is what makes this house so luxurious! The bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, oh I could go on, basically every room is better than the last one. The home owner Belinda was great to deal with, very genuinely, friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. We are also able to extend out exit time by a couple of hours which was much appreciated. The contact we received was very professional and at no time during the booking process did I feel nervous about anything going wrong. All round we had a fantastic time in the house. I have already recommended it to everyone I know and hope that I am able to spend more time there in the future. We didn't want to leave! Kind Regards, Kelsey
