Great location a few minutes drive from the beach an shoooing center/restaurants. Room very nice with AC and powerful fan, coffee maker etc. Loved having snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and cooler to use. Neighbors share walls on both sides of room which was a little noisy at times. Otherwise a great stay

Davids llace is nice, it is a room located off his main house with a private patio. Perfect for what we needed, and close to the Hyatt and Poipu beach.

Now semi retired. Well traveled. Family in NZ, Australia, UK and Europe.

Bought this property 20 years ago. Has one of the worlds best climates. Generally steady trade breezes keeps humidity acceptable - no extremes of temperature over a 12 month period - 20C to 30C (68F to 86F). Great walks, good swimming, great Association amenities. Good medical services and shopping within 12 miles.
