Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very nice and clean. We loved the location in a quieter area of town and next to the river. Check in and out was simple with the provided door code. The only issue was the hot tub wouldn't heat up. I didn't notice that until late in the trip and reported it when checking out so assume it will get fixed too late for us to enjoy. Great overall stay otherwise.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. Very peaceful as well listening to the river gurgle by from the deck or even the bedroom with the door open. Highly recommend

Perfect Rental on the River

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying here and we love this rental. The back porch overlooks the river and is PERFECTION!! Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Great location which is convenient and close to everything in Helen. Can’t wait to book our third stay here!

This was the perfect cabin for our family, we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house and hot tub were clean, and the best part was being just steps away from the river. Lots of fishing! The location was close to town, just a couple minutes to drive but also walkable. But far enough from the main road where we got to enjoy nature and listen to the river. The best part was just sitting out back with our feet in the water. Highly recommend and we will definetly be back and would stay here again.
