Beautiful rural house 2 km from the beautiful beaches of crystal clear waters of Calas de Mallorca. House for private use, it has a saltwater pool, 3 double bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning) fully equipped kitchen and large living room with fireplace with Air Conditioning, Satellite TV and stereo, in addition to Free Wifi. The whole house is landscaped, with 2 terraces, one of them with barbecue and porch, besides being surrounded by fruit trees, fig trees, lemon, orange, almond, olive and fig trees. Just 5 minutes by car from the charming coastal town of Porto Colom, 4 km from Manacor where you will enjoy its wide commercial area and the Rafa Nadal Museum, a few minutes by car surrounded by crystal clear beaches (Cala Murada, Cala Virgili, Cala Pilota Cala Magranet, Cala Sequer, Cala Varques ...) Perfect for families!
Large house of approximately 140 m2, distributed on one floor, on the ground floor, with three double bedrooms (2 of them with air conditioning), large living room with fireplace and air conditioning where you will enjoy views of the countryside, large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker, oven, etc ... and large porch with barbecue area and chill out area.
Outside you have a saltwater pool, measures 8 x 4, In the pool area, you have sun loungers and parasols.
Access with automatic door, ample parking area and total privacy.

Tranquil and peaceful

What an amazing place! The Finca/villa was everything and more that we wanted for a relaxing holiday. It was only 5 minutes out of Calas de Mallorca but was surrounded by fields and fruit trees with the only thing being heard were the crickets or birds. A car is definitely required due to the remoteness. We were surprised by the amount of land attached to the property and the private drive. Xisco was very responsive to any queries we had and the caretaker was very quick to sort out any issues. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the Wifi, as it only seemed constant in the lounge and dropped out in other parts of the villa and couldn’t reach the pool area. As I was working for some of our time this was important for me. Great place and would definitely stay again.

Finca im grünen

Toller Aufenthalt in einer authentischen Finca. Super großer Pool. Sympathischer Inhaber. Tolle Aussicht ins Grüne. Unterkunft liegt ein bisschen abseits der Straße.

Wonderful "finca" with a great view

The house has a warm and relaxing atmosphere with all comfort you might think of for a family vacation. We enjoyed the peace of the location, the huge terrace with a great vista and awesome view of the sunsets. The flourishing garden and the big pool are both well maintained. A very nice bonus were the tasty lemons growing directly adjacent to the terrace. The owners were very responsive, helpful (e.g. a custom Google Maps map with points of interest across Mallorca) and pleasant to communicate with.
