Ideal position

The Apartment is in an excellent position, the sun is in the rooms from approx midday until sunset over the hills. Good parking, and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the Arenal. It's so good we have rebooked it.

8/10 Good

Excellent for a short summer break and location very good

Plenty of space and very airy and a nice balcony with a view of the sea and the beach For a winter let the Living room electric heating was insufficient and you had to rely on the log burner which could be tricky to use unless you were used to them. As someone with limited mobility it was not ideal because of the number of steps that had to be negotiated
Response from VrboOwner on 7 Jul 2023
Thank you for your points, Chris. It will certainly serve to help potential future winter guests. We will look into improving the heating appliances available to guests for next winter. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Perfect stay!

The location couldn’t be better, just a few meters away from the Arenal and from the balcony you’ve got a wonderful view over the sea, the strand and the Montgo. There’s a new elevator in the building that goes to -1 so it’s easy to get the luggage from the parking to the apartment. The bed is excellent and there’s a lot of storage space. About Jávea Holidays : it’s really amazing how smoothly everything goes! Booking, payments, contracts, keys … : everything happens in a safe way by mail or WhatsApp and you really don’t have to be a computer expert, it’s so easy. And of course there’s the office to go to when there should be a problem. Maybe a sun lounger to enjoy the sun even more on the balcony?

And thank you as well for the suggestion about a sun lounger — we will take this into consideration for future improvements. Hope to see you again soon!

Vacaciones en septiembre

El apartamento esta situado en un lugar estupendo muy cerca de la playa de arena, repetiremos el verano que viene!! Los horarios de entrada y salida, quizás deberían ser un poco más flexibles pero por lo demás todo perfecto.
