MODERN OCEANFRONT 4 BD 3 BA HOUSE - 180° UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS !!

This spectacular 4BR, 3BA, over 2,800 square foot family home (listed rates applies to 8 guests, additional fees for up to 10 guests max) will satisfy any family looking for oceanfront living and a relaxing beach getaway. Silver Strand beach is very quiet and rarely crowded. The house comes fully equipped from kitchen gadgets to beach toys for all ages.

Ring doorbell camera at front door and in the garage. This is for security as I often leave the garage door open. There are no cameras in the house.

Living room and master bed room boasts 70” flat screen smart TV. High speed wireless Tri-band Wifi 6 internet router. Blu Ray/DVD player available.

1 parking spot in garage and 2 parking spots on driveway.
Each floor features fire and carbon monoxide alarms.

This house features 3 separate patios, one on each floor for your enjoyment. There is a large patio and teak table on second floor to enjoy your meals to the sounds of waves crashing. The house is equipped with beach wagon, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, adult bikes (4), boogie boards (2), 8’ surf board (1), tandem kayak (seats 2), and stand up paddle boards (2), children’s toys, board games, football, soccer ball, volleyball court 50 yards away (need to bring your own net), badminton, and frisbees.

There are several highly rated restaurants nearby, groceries (Whole foods, Vons, Ralphs), and Camarillo Premium Outlets. Silver Strand Beach stretches over a mile long and offers great views of the Channel Islands, surfers, sailboats, and dolphins.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers a 6 burner stove for those who prefer to cook and two ovens. You can opt for outdoor gas grilling on the balcony while enjoying the ocean views. Revel the beautiful Southern California sunsets. Have a oceanfront beach getaway you and your family will never forget.

We had an exceptional stay at this beachfront property on Silverstrand Beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and truly could not have been more helpful from start to finish. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beach—and we enjoyed many memorable meals watching dramatic storms roll in and spectacular sunsets over the ocean. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the detailed instructions made settling in effortless. The layout was ideal for our group of seven, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Having washing machines and dryers on both the first and third floors was an unexpected but hugely appreciated convenience.This property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
