Great Family Getaway Location

Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Very nice location for a family getaway. Definitely recommend.

The second floor overlooked the entrance to the Channel Islands harbor. I would recommend this to anyone and will consider staying there again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. Well appointed, excellent location, nice value for the money. Just be warned that the rental co charges $100 for check-in after 5:00 and checkout is 10:00 a.m. Not so customer friendly. They were, however, quick to respond with supplies when need for the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house! Extremely clean with high-end amenities! Right on the sand. Awesome deck and amazing views from the 2nd floor. It's a little bit of a walk to the water (about 1000 feet). We really enjoyed staying here and walking on the beach several times a day. The beach is very private. Can't wait to come back!
