Hallo, Haus Nav 44 war wie beschrieben super. Alles reibungslos gelaufen, Empfang bis Abreise sehr professionell . Haus sauber und einladend. Der Ausblick atemberaubend über die Bucht von Rosas. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Lieve Sandra en Carolina! Het was als vanouds weer grote top! We voelen ons altijd in de watten gelegd door jullie. Hopen jullie snel weer te zien. Keep up the good work! Dikke knuffels van Ineke en Nol We zouden het echt niet weten!

Très belle villa

Tres belle villa au calme bien équipée. Belle piscine Proche centre ville et plage moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Vue la chaleur il serait souhaitable d'installer la climatisation dans le salon (actuellement climatisation uniquement dans une chambre ) Très beau sejour

Magnifique à tous points de vue

Très belle villa offrant des prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes. Vue impressionnante donnant sur la baie et les différentes collines. Accès rapide au centre de Rosas et autres villes. Au top à tous points de vue. Nous la recommandons. Merci.

Tolle Aussicht mit VIEL Privatsphäre

Die Lage ist toll. Man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die gesamte Landschaft. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse kann man die Aussicht genießen und der Tag kann beginnen! Das Haus war sauber und der Pool ebenso. Dieser ist riesig und misst etwa 9,5x3,4m und ist beleuchtet. Da ist der Badespaß garantiert. Dadurch dass fast niemand auf das Grundstück schauen kann hat man viel Privatsphäre, was uns wichtig war. Eine fest installierte Outdoor Dusche ist vorhanden. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Een heerlijk huis met een fijn zwembad met privacy

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitzicht op de baai van Roses en een groot zwembad met veel privacy. De inrichting is eigentijds en de WiFi goed ! Het enige verbeterpunt zou wat ons betreft het plaatsen van een airco voor de slaapkamers beneden zijn. Boven is er al een airco in de slaapkamer.

Prima huis, met mooi zwembad. Uitzicht prachtig.

Huis was ok. Zonwering op terras aan zijkant voor de avondzon. Rolluik tweede slaapkamer beneden, anders is het geen echte zespersoons? Betere afdichting naden en kieren, veel mierenoverlast. Moet even behandeld en afgedicht worden, anders blijven ze terugkomen, zelfs tot in je bed!

1 van de mooiste huizen die we hebben gehuurd op mas fumats! alles erop en eraan en schoon, ondanks dat je met vakantie bent, is nederlandse tv en internet helemaal super! niet prettig is overdreven, maar wellicht is het handig als verhuurbureau zijnde om met de ´gasten´ even 10 minuten mee te rijden naar het huis en alles qua sleutels, aansluitingen/verbindingen te tonen.
