A new villa in own private gardens (10000 square meter) with own 33´pool - a perfect place to unwind (if this Villa is already booked please also see my other beautiful Villa which is locates 200 meter from this Villa with the reference Number 2408277 on HomeAway.co.uk).

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside; breathe the clean air, listen to the birds and the cicadas and enjoy the breathtaking views. This is a tranquil and unspoiled area abundant in olives, almonds carobs, oranges and lemons. There are quiet lanes and tracks for walking, and spring time, the fields are full of an abundance of wild flowers.

Set in the hills above the picturesque old fishing town of Tavira with views of both the sea and panoramic hill views.

The property is accessed from it´s own grand private driveway with electric gates

The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 2 x large en-suites one opening onto the the rooftop terrace and the other leading out onto a poolside patio, each have double beds. The third bedroom, of equal size has two single beds which can be made into one double. There is an ensuite bathroom.

The open-plan living room has three sofas and Satellite TV (UK and German), and the dining table seats eight guests. There is a large, fully-equipped Kitchen and also a large Bar-B-Q for outdoor cooking.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room

The House has its own Solar-Panel-System and is therefore CO2-Neutral

Central heating system in the living room.

In addition: Wood burning stove in the living area.

Free Very fast WiFi with unlimited volume (very rare in this region)

The pool heating system has 22 KW and increases the temperature of the pool by roughly 10 degrees Celsius in the winter.

The Villa and the pool are cleaned and disinfected once a week. Linen and towel are changed weekly as well.

Changeover Day: Saturdays. Arrival times - from 3 pm, departure times - by 10 am.

Great Villa and Fantastic pool

Amazing property, amazing location.

This is an amazing property, beautifully fitted out, in a tranquil location whilst still being close to a beautiful town, beaches and golf. Fantastic holiday and great host.

Stunning villa and location

We have stayed in quite a few villas in various locations and this is definitely the best one yet. A lovely place to relax and unwind from the stresses of home and work. Our three teenage children enjoyed the peace and quiet too and we all loved the pool! The location is perfect to explore Tavira and beyond. Two activities we particularly recommend is hiring bikes and following the cycle path to Fuzeta for lunch. Also the 3 hour boat tour from Olhao with Sabino tours. Fabulous. Thank you to Lydia for easy booking and very swift communication if needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely secluded property. Beautifully clean and well provided. We wanted some peace & quiet to relax & this was perfect. Excellent sized pool. Glorious views over countryside which could especially be enjoyed from the upper terrace in early evening whilst sipping a glass of Vino Verde!

Beautiful beautiful villa

The villa is well designed, beautifully furnished and superbly well equipped. The hamlet is lovely with great walks and there is easy access to Tavira. There is some traffic noise in the distance from the motorway but it's not intrusive and the house is so lovely that it's easy to convince yourself that it's the sound of the sea. This is an area of Portugal that we know well and love; Barril beach is still one of our favourite places in the world. But this villa made it a really special holiday. Thank you

Home from home

We have had a lovely time in fab house. It is well located just outside Tavira in a nice quiet area, but with easy access to town, beach & access routes. The house was clean with everything that we could need. The beds are comfortable & the pool nice & warm!

An outstanding holiday home! A little bit of paradise!

My husband and I and my three teenage sons ( 17,16 and 13) had a wonderful holiday here and would love to go back at some time in the future. We got lost,at first, when trying to find the house, but one call to Rainer's father, Deiter,sorted it all out. He arrived posthaste on his lambretta to guide us to the house. The highlight for our boys and for me was the magnificent pool shimmering in the Portuguese sunlight! For my husband, it was the tranquility of the whole house and the ability to get away from it all. We had absolutely everything we needed in the house including super WIFI and a great wireless speaker which allowed us to enjoy music at the pool-side. The house is beautifully decorated ( my husband and I loved the paintings) and I couldn't get over the fact that the house had Villeroy and Boch dinnerware and lots of Alessi items!!! (I was heart scared at first that my sons might break something... I had them well warned to be careful and thankfully there were no accidents!) The house is ideally located, just ten minutes by car to the beautiful town of Tavira and it is a gateway to so many beautiful spots along the Algarve. We also drove across into Spain to visit Sevilla. All in all, it was a much needed and wonderful holiday for the five of us. A huge thank you to the Langel Family.

Tolles Haus. Ideal für den Winter.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft auf einem Hügel mit schönem Blick zum Meer. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, von hochwertigem Porzellan bis hin zur Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine etc. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle Bäder sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Heizungen und Klimaanlagen sowie der Kamin machen auch den Aufenthalt im Winter sehr angenehm. Tavira hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub!

"EXCELLENT VILLA IN AN IDEAL LOCATION"

We have just returned from a two week stay at this excellent villa. After renting villas for many years this one certainly goes to the top of the list. It is in an ideal location, spacious and immaculate with all the facilities you require. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. Tavira is a lovely small town with its bridges, cobbled streets and plenty of restaurants. There is a great atmosphere in the evenings and a real pleasure to be part of. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Wonderful location and a fabulous villa

We have visited Portugal for moren than 15 years and this is the best location in the Algarve. The villa is modern and spacious. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with all facilities. The lounge has satellite TV with 100`s of channels - ideal when you just want a night in. This villa is imaculate, ultra clean, with all the facilities you could require. The pool area was fantastic and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Thanks for a great week at your villa near Tavira, it was wonderful

Excellent Golf Holiday

We had a great holiday and got home safely - the villa was great and spent a lot of time in and around the pool helped by the great weather! Golf at Monte Rei was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The villa was out of this world. It was home from home. Thoroughly recommendet. Tavira was lovely as were the people. It was our first villa holiday and I am sure we will return again.

Fantastic holiday

Everything was as we had hoped. Perfect. From watching the sun rise over the sea to the dramatic sunsets in the hills beyond - it was so lovely. The position is ideal. Completely private, not overlooked and olive groves down to the sea. The pool was great and the whole family laughed till we cried. Dine on the large balcony outside the master bedroom for a memorable evening. With the sea on one side and the sunset in the hills on the other. Really beautiful. Great holiday, great place - could not recommend enough. The family (26 to 84) will remember the happy time for a long time. Thank you.

Superb villa in an ideal location

We´ve been renting holiday villas for many years now, and the family volte is that this is the best yet. The house is exactly as described - spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. All practical needs are well attended to . The house is private and feels quite secluded, but is no more then five minutes by car from Tavira. This is a nice little town with good restaurants, and is a great place to walk around in the evening listening to street music and mixing with the locals. There are also superb sandy beaches. This really is the place to get away from it all without feeling isolated. Strongly recommended

Secluded tranquility ..... just perfect

The whole family had a superb holiday. The facilities provided were excellent, clean and within a short drive of Tavira. The views from the pool are spectacular. This was a perfect unwinding holiday. Batteries well and truly recharded ready for the next onslaught of work and stress. The swimming pool is great and provides great views.
