"Casa Rosmaninho" - entire small house, single-storey.
Situated in the rural and quiet area close to the village of Estorninhos in the Serra de Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. You find complete privacy, the distance to the next neighbors is 80 m - 90 m.
Listen to the birds, take a look at the marvelous flowers and enjoy your holidays in a privileged peaceful location!

In elevated position with a private hilltop and a fantastic panoramic sea view.

Distances:
1,300 m to the small bar in Eiroes.
1,700 m to the restaurant in Estorninhos.
9 km to Benamor Golf.
10 km to the next supermarket in Conceição.
15 km to the beach of Manta Rota.
15 km to the pitoresque town of Tavira with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the large shopping center Gran Plaza.
50 km to Faro airport.

A car is recommended, you have easy access on a tarmac road and a carport for private parking.

Capacity: 57 sqm living space, suitable for max. 4 persons.

The equipment of the house:
Spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen (renewed in May 2023!),
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suite,
large south-facing, partly covered terrace and a marvelous garden with 4,500 sqm. The garden is not completely fenced.

Amenities: Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air condition+heating in all rooms, SAT-TV ("Astra"), free WIFI.

Service included: Towels, linen, final cleaning, "meet & greet", provided by a small local agency.

Lovely villa in lovely area with spectacular views. Taveria 20 mins in car as are wonderful beaches. Quiet and peaceful villa which has everything in that you could need. Taveria has both Lidl and Aldi and both close to each other. Some wonderful walks in the area. Will return.

A perfect stay

The cottage and gardens were lovely the property was Very clean and comfortable,with everything you needed for a relaxing stay .The kitchen was well equipped with all you needed for cooking your meals The WiFi was good also the smart TV was ideal if you were staying in at night.The communication with the owner and also the Happy Homes team was excellent we would definitely recommend this property

Endroit isolé sans vis à vis tel que nous le souhaitions. Maison confortable. Équipement très correct. Déçu de n’avoir pas pu utiliser le BBQ (cause feus fréquents). Point à améliorer : le ménage. Poussière un peu de partout et dans les salles de bains. Très bon contact avec l’agence d’accueil.

Haus mit toller Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Toll das auch Solarenergie eingesetzt wird. Es liegt sehr ruhig in den Hügeln und man erreicht die wichtigsten Ausflugziele in einer kurzen Zeit. Würde dieses Objekt jedermann empfehlen.

Lovely location

Located in the hills with views to the coast. We love sitting on the terrace with this view. Well equipped house With Ample parking. Close to towns and the coast. Good area for walking. This was our third stay in the house.

Prettig huis, fijne terrasplekken rondom.

Casa Romaninho is een vrij nieuw, modern huis met een functionele en aangename inrichting. Er staat zelfs een piano! Het gedeeltelijk overdekte terras biedt een prettige buitenruimte aan de voorzijde van het huis, maar op diverse andere plekken in het rondom het huis goed eveneens goed toeven . Veel privacy! Vanuit het huis kan er goed gewandeld worden en Tavira en het strand zijn vrij snel (met een autootje) te bereiken.

Maison avec une belle terrasse et une belle vue sur l'ensemble de la Serra ainsi que vue sur la mer, exposé plein sud. Beau jardin, literies confortables, séjour agréable et lumineux. Ma critique concerne le ménager ( casseroles, plats pour le four, assiettes, machine à café….) très limite pour cette location, ainsi que les écoulements des salles de bain... Mais, Je recommande cette location à 10 km de Tavira et en pleine nature et de belles promenades à faire, à pied , en vélo ou en voiture.

Nice house, in a quiet location, not too far to the coast and Tavira. Lots of places to walk around. The house itself was comfortable. There was minimal equipmet, some did not work but beds were comfortable.
