A Great Option

I stayed here with my mother, and we were very comfortable. The apartment was cozy and clean, the location was wonderful —close to sites, but just tucked away enough to not be too loud at night, and getting checked in was easy. This is a good option for 3-4 friends/family members, or a couple and two kids.

Very comfortable apartment, we looked forward to coming back in the evening to unwind! Fully furnished with all we needed! Washer and dryer were appreciated! Martin was on top of all communication, everything was spot on!

Birthday away trip for wife

This property is absolutely perfect in all ways. Warm, comfortable, close to everything we could need and also secure parking facilities. The property is of a very high standard all round. We had an amazing time in Edinburgh and this property topped it all off for us. We are already planning various return trips ..... Very highly recommend.

Relaxing flat with great location

Spacious flat with relaxing sitting room and cheerful kitchen. Nice to have coffee and tea supplies with milk in the fridge. Door lock can be a little tricky but the building and neighbourhood are safe and quiet.

The location of the apartment is superb. The apartment itself very cozy and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen (having a washing machine was very much appreciated, too). Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Edinburgh. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed!
