Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
With a C Energy Rating the accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining area, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a variety of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

The property was just perfect, so clean, and the location was excellent, we could walk to town in 45 mins or catch a bus nearly outside the apartments. A wonderfully decorated, light and welcoming place to stay, we would try to book again if we come to Edinburgh again. Magdalene was so easy to communicate with, such a professional host. Thank you we had a lovely time.

Make sure you note the check in end time at the bottom of the house rules before booking. The host is splendid and was able to accommodate our delay due to a rail service disruption we really appreciated her. Apartment is well appointed and convenient to a grocery and the buses into downtown.

Edinburgh is a fantastic city & lots to see & do. We were there for a week when the “Fringe” was on with the Edinburgh Tattoo. As if that is not enough we booked a tour to the “Highlands” which is spectacular scenery. Our accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed. Being a small family we cooked & used all the facilities. Our host, “Magdaline”, provided everything in the apartment that we needed & she was on hand if we needed her assistance. All in all a SUPER TRIP

Our host could not have been more communicative and helpful. I’m not sure I would stay in another hotel again, if all hosts were like this. She responds right away to any query. As far as the flat, it’s much nicer than a small hotel room. Plenty of room to move around and a separate living room. While outside the city a bit, the bus stop is right there. After a day, you will have it down. I couldn’t recommend this more.
