We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this beautiful home. Martina was so helpful during the check in and check out process. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Look forward to staying again there in the future.
Unbelievable property about 300sqm with 3 king / queen beds 2 bathrooms. The property is in an old palace that is being renovated. It was includes parking in a courtyard and has an excellent kitchen. Downsides - access to master bedroom is via 2 other bedrooms - the area is an old run down area in the traffic control zone which you have to pay to access 2.5-5 eur pd - close to monuments. It looks pretty scary at first with all the graffiti and rubbish but that is Palermo for you which offers some incredible sites. In no way did we see any crime.
The home was as advertised and the host responsive. The history of the place is amazing and the host has gone out of their way to respect that history. Close to restaurants and other things you might need. Easy to get in and out of town.
It was a great stay. We found the surrounding area to be so/so a little sketchy at night but it's downtown so it is to be expected. The flat itself is GORGEOUS and very spacious. There was no cloth to dry hands after washing the dishes. I like to hand wash so for me this is something. The check-in was good Angelo had a lot of helpful information. Parking was great. We had a great stay. Thank you
